So, I started watching this when it first dropped. However, after watching 10 eps.... I couldn't continue watching it. So... currently, I'm undecided if this drama is worth starting over again? I know sometimes it take a certain mood that I need to be in to enjoy a drama. I will start watching this maybe tomorrow. Maybe.................
can't stand the waiting for eps to drop. So, currently on-hold until more eps drop. Going to drive me batty ... because this drama is amazing & it's not even halfway through. I guess I'll continue with Blood River & Sword of Beloved. Sword of Beloved is rating evenly with this drama WOF Blood River, I'm trying to warm up to it ... but struggling to continue on. Currently on ep15. Different styles of storylines... but .. something is missing with BR, can't put my finger on it.
I'm also indulged in October's drama feast😅 had to sacrifice blood river but still can't catch up with wof…
I'm on Ep 10 with WOF... and making it hard on myself by only watching 2eps at a time. I have to agree with ASmith.. it' nice that these two dramas have different styles. However, at this moment, I know that WOF will not be a *Drop*, and honestly neither will this one. It's still early in both dramas... so ... keeping my fingers crossed that the storyline on both dramas don't sour to the point of dropping. HAPPY DRAMA VIEWING 😁
Currently on Ep 8 (only watching 2 eps per day 🤣, along with the drama ***Whispers of Fate*** 🔥❤️ ) . Loving both of these dramas. However, have to admit ***Whispers of Fate is a tad ahead though 🤭.
Wasn't sure about this drama... I'm currently watching ***Whisper's of Fate*** 8 eps in and itching to watch another 2 eps tomorrow. Since... I'm taking a break, decided to give this drama a looksee... and I'm intrigued. 1st ep. kept my eyes on the storyline. I'll watch 2 eps with this as well, as I'm also watching WOF. I'm definitely interested to see where this drama will lead me.
If this was not a trigger for my PTSD from childhood to adult ab**e, I would definitely take a looksee, but unfortunately... these kind of genre' are toxic for my emotional & mental state. However.... I always support the awareness that dramas like this can create for those who don't understand how others suffer from PTSD, Anxiety or Depression from childhood trauma due to ab**e. How deep inside .. they manipulate even their own pain so others will not see. It's only when those who educate themselves not only through books, but also watching documentaries or dramas that focus on different kind of ab**se. Hopefully this drama will open up that window of understanding.

🔥EXCELLENT & ENTERTAINING 9.5/10 (personal rating) Bravo to the Leading Couples & the rest of the cast in the drama. I do highly recommend this drama... especially if you are the type of person .. .that needs a bit of break from all the seriousness that drama can entail. Next on my list ... which I took a peek at watching already 5 ep. (Whispers of Fate) OMG... I'm invested.
Well, the nice thing is... I haven't seen any snippets for this drama. So, I'm going in with a fresh slate. 1st episode... love the fight scene. Yes, very handsome ML which in my personal opinion... there are no mediocre looking Asian men or Women in dramas. They all look stunning. Anyhoooo.... 1st episode, if I were to rate it I'd give it a 8/10. Good thing... watching this 1st episode gave me hope that I won't drop it (crossing fingers🤞🏼) . Love comedy breaks in dramas... especially the historical ones. I've ended up already dropping an historical drama that recently came out... very disappointed, but then again... it's my fault for having high hopes just by judging who the cast member are.
🔥🥳 YAY... Can't wait!!! Huge Respect & Admiration for Luo Yun X. He is the King of Fantasy dramas. No matter what character he plays ... he pulls you in 100%. Even to this day... I'll go back to watch *Ashes of Love & even *Princess Silver.
Truthfully, I've never stopped watching this... in otherwards ... I'm on the 3rd round of the rewatch 🤣. This round I'm focusing on the 2nd couple. I really like this actress Wan Peng. I've seen her in a few other dramas and although there are some people who don't care for her, I feel she pretty good at her profession when it comes to connecting with her character. I enjoyed her in *CRUSH* & both *MY GIRLFRIEND IS AN ALIEN*. with MGIA, I didn't have hopes of watching it since... alien dramas are not my thing really. However... once I got past the beginning... it was smooth sailing of a drama. Tang Xiao Tian is also a good actor, I know he is mostly in supporting roles, but he has strong potential to pull out of support and get into leading. Loved him in *The Ingenious One* & *The Story of Pearl Girl* just to name two where he took a lead role. Pairing these two together was deliciously sweet... and honestly, I really liked how they slowly brought them together with an ex trying to ruin it. Not usual for 2nd couple to have a triangle. So, as you can imagine.. this has broken the star meter when it comes to prior dramas. Will I watch it after, I finish this round....... I'm pretty sure that I will. 🤣🤣🤣 CONGRATS TO LU SI, WILLIAM CHAN, WAN PENG & TANG XIAO TIAN. As well as the rest of this Amazing Cast!!!! BRAVO 🥂🥂🥂👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

It's a worthy rewatch for me .. in years to come The 10 Star Talent of Zhao Lusi & William Chan gives this Drama the boost that no other pairing could accomplish (in my personal opinion). Zhao Lusi has been through hell and high water ... what is now rearing it's head is the Karma that pathetic agency Galaxy Cool Entertainment AKA Yinhe Kuyu Media deserves after the mistreatment & underhandedness of Zhao Lusi mentally, emotinally, physically & with her finances. CONGRATULATIONS TO LUSI & WILLIAM & LOVE'S AMBITION BTS STAFF!!!
I understand that she is going to take time for herself and healing & it will be a while before she will decide to return to the big screen. Which I 100% am happy to know that she is putting herself 1st and foremost. The wonderful thing is... I have every single one of her dramas + this recent one (LOVE'S AMBITION), that I will keep watching over and over ... when I miss her. I hope she is able to free herself from an agency that is taking advantage of her & not caring for her mental, emotional and physical health. I truly wish her the very best & that once she is at a point that she is strong enough to return to filming ... that she contracted with another agency that will treat her with the utmost respect that any hard working & dedicated person should be treated. Some of these agencies forget who is truly bringing the money into their company. Without these talented artist.... their company wouldn't exist.
This amazing young actress Lu Si has never disappointed me with her incredible way she takes her character & pulls me into her world. I've been straining myself from watching it... because I'm a binge junkie. HOWEVER, it's not easy when all I see are snippets of the episode on YT... I have to bite my lip and say ........DON"T YOU DARE watch them 🤣🤣🤣. Believe me for someone my age and the personality I have .. this is not an easy task. Well.... I FAILED 🤣😭🤣😭🤣🤣🤣

omg.....this drama so far.... FIRECRACKER LEVEL 🧨🧨🧨 Xu Yan (Zhao Lu Si) doesn't miss a beat... She's definitely a force to be reckoned with. Sun Si Wei needs to take 10 steps back & eat a whole lot of humble pie. Loving the storyline so far.... INTENSE... but Gives off that feeling of Being Satisfied of the Outcome. Zhao Lu Si can wear any character & bring that SPARK of FIRE!!! I'm so very happy she has recovered... maybe not fully, but ... thank goodness, she's still fighting.
