I still consider myself a beginner (previously only watched anime). I stared watching dramas last year and have seen quite a few but I'm always looking for recommendations. Among your picks I also highly rated DOTS and Strong Woman DBS, which has led me to watch a few other shows bc I enjoyed the lead actors so much. I def will be checking out all the shows on this list that I haven't seen. Thanks.
P.S: I feel like ppl fail to realize this is YOUR top 5 for beginners based on shows that are among your top ranking. You never said it was gonna be a well rounded list of picks from all genres. I'm sure there's plenty of those list around. But thanks again bc I just finished a show and while I try to give myself a break to get some work done I can't help myself. I'm itching for a new story. Seems like Healer is the way to go. I'm sure I'll love it.
I have been into anime/magna but never watched any dramas. Recently I decided to give them a try. This show was my second drama and first melodrama. And they seriously are not kidding when they say melodrama. The ends of each episode kill me. Luckily I started watching when 8 episodes were already released but now I have to suffer and wait. I'm a fan and a previous reviewer blabla100 explained it perfectly that this isn't a show for everyone. But I am such a sucker for romance/drama and this show gives it good plus I enjoy the casting, music (love) and acting. I can't wait for more and because of that I have been on an Asian drama binge. I am also interested in seeing any other drama the writer has done because although if I explained the plot to you it comes across as some ridiculous soap opera but it is so well done. The complexities in the plot are weaved so well that I don't question it. I accept it and wonder how else can this story get even more intricate. So i'm very curious to see what else the writer has done because it must be good. I am also a fan of the leads and will be checking out their other shows as well.
