Is the ML so bad? I don't like when they are pushovers.
Not as filial as he looks on the surface. The truth about the things ML has been doing all these years will come out in the course of the story.

Yes, there is a fake Di Ziyuan. Luo Mingxi found her and basically let her take Di Ziyuan's place in imprisonment…
Hm. I think the answer is...not really?

Every single person thinking Han Ye as useless and silly and just a side watcher, best of luck on getting mass…
I guess folks probably skipped the opening sequence and missed that he's playing chess with other people as the chess pieces and then take him at face value like all the folks who end up dead. Cest la vie :D

Title The Legend of Anle Spoiler
Novel readers is that Luo-Ming Xi guy a traitor !
No, not a traitor.

BOOK SPOILERS:
Novel Luo Mingxi (let's call him LMX from now on...) belongs to a family of military officials loyal to the Di family. The Luo family is not happy with the Han family, to say the least; but LMX was sent to the capital as a sort of hostage, for the same reason Di Ziyuan (and later Di Jinyan) was sent to the capital as a child. His relationship with Di Ziyuan is: protector, advisor, and ally who would lay down his life for her. Also happened to be her fiance, for the few years before that title was stolen away by Han Ye's grandpa.

His relationship with Han Ye is...complicated. They became very close when he was a hostage. Despite the Han family's sins, he still cares about and respects Han Ye...but at the same time, he can never forgive the Han family. His duty as a loyal retainer of the Di family is to pursue revenge. So he distances himself from Han Ye, but in his ideal world he would want to punish the Han family while sparing Han Ye. Even though he knows how dangerous Han Ye is to their plan for revenge, he never takes any action to harm him. What he thinks in the book is: "Even if the royal family is at fault, Han Ye shouldn't be the one who eats the bitter fruit."

Somewhere between Ch 59 and 71, pretty early on. Han Ye finds out at some point in there but it's not confirmed…
This scene is only in the drama, there's no corresponding event in the novel :)

Title The Legend of Anle Spoiler
dear novel readers, will there be fake Di Zi Yuan too??? how will Anle deal with her in the novel? will fake DZY's…
Yes, there is a fake Di Ziyuan. Luo Mingxi found her and basically let her take Di Ziyuan's place in imprisonment on Mount Dai. Di Ziyuan doesn't really care about her much, to be honest. She just gets annoyed since the fake one is obsessed with Han Ye and does all sorts of things that end up badly as a result...but she never really gets jealous because 1. her ego and 2. Han Ye figures out the truth pretty quickly in the novel.

Title The Legend of Anle Spoiler
If this follows the book, then you'll be just fine with Han Ye :)
Book Han Ye has actually always been badass since childhood. But he seems to enjoy letting people underestimate him, both in terms of his intelligence and his martial arts.

His reputation is that he's a kind, gentle, and calm prince who loves his people. All true, but that's only the facet of himself he presents to others. He's extremely well-protected and pampered due to his father's favoritism, so people assume he needs protection and pampering. But the people who've dealt with him for any significant amount of time know better. He's actually an extremely intelligent person who's capable of calculating a hundred steps ahead of everyone else and can be downright ruthless in pursuit of his goals.

Knowing this about book Han Ye sort of shifts how I see drama Han Ye's actions. Example: in episode 1 of the drama he tells Anle to escape while he distracts the Dongqian pirates. Maybe drama Han Ye was planning to be a decoy and sacrifice himself...but I think it's very possible that, like Book Han Ye in many other instances, he already had a plan that could get him out unscathed, and he just wanted to get Anle (who at that point he thought was a helpless citizen he would need to protect) safely out of the way. And maybe his show of not being able to get off the boat was just that--a show. We already know he can swim, he's not being restrained, and the imperial navy was right there. What was to stop him from jumping overboard if he really wanted off Anle's boat? We already see that drama Han Ye is good at martial arts and could defend himself if he really wanted to, so it stands to reason that he's allowing Anle to push him around. Why? I guess we'll have to see, but his actions allowed for the surrender of 30,000 Anle navy without bloodshed. The Anle navy wiped out the pirates he'd come to subdue, and then they surrendered to him without a fight, so that not even a single soldier was lost...seems like a job well done from any angle!

Novel readers:How long before he finds out her real identity?
Somewhere between Ch 59 and 71, pretty early on. Han Ye finds out at some point in there but it's not confirmed 100% till 71.

Can you clarify? As in martial arts, strategies, politics? They are all have their strong points but there are…
I don't think there's any clear person who's strongest between those 3. They never actually fight each other in the book.

Title The Legend of Anle Spoiler
Can someone please tell me in which episode of the novel Han Ye finds out Ren Anle is Di Ziyuan?
The short answer is: somewhere between chapter 59 and 71. It's hard to tell when Han Ye knows anything, because he's a person who's used to hiding his thoughts and opinions.

LMX is indeed the man behind the curtain .
I disagree? Book Han Ye always has fond feelings towards Luo Mingxi, and the same in reverse. There's no point in the novel where either of them do anything to hurt the other one...

Title The Legend of Anle Spoiler
If Di Ziyuan was banished to live in a monastry, how come nobody has realised that she is no longer there????
BOOK SPOILER ALERT!!

Yes correct. FL knew that the fake had taken her place in being imprisoned on Mount Tai the whole time. And in the beginning, she wasn't interested at all in meeting the fake. The fake does want to marry Han Ye and become the crown princess, because for 10 years he's been treating her so well (sent hand-picked gifts regularly so she wouldn't be bored, etc). And while FL did like ML on some level, she had never intended to actually marry him and was only pursuing him as a cover to be in the capital and get revenge on the imperial family. Of course Han Ye being Han Ye threw a wrench in all of that...

Title The Legend of Anle Spoiler
in novel he know pretty early, but i think in the drama they will wait some time, and the fake one will surely…
It's hard to tell because book Han Ye keeps his inner thoughts to himself and as crown prince has been hiding both his true ability and his true opinions on just about anything from everyone all his life, to the point where it's clear there are only a handful of people who know what he's really capable of.

When the fake shows up he thinks something is off from the very beginning. By chapter 49 /50 of book 1 it's already clear he suspects Ren Anle's true identity. By chapter 59 he's sure the fake is a fake. For some number of chapters thereafter he probably knows the truth but pretends not to. Chapter 71 it's confirmed to the audience that he knows she's Di Ziyuan, but he still pretends not to know.

In Chapter 73 she decides to reveal the truth to him, only to realize he already knew.

Vague book spoilers:

She's part of what resulted in the first cliff episode, for example, and is the reason FL finally went inside the place ML built for her.

I wouldn't say she was irrelevant...her scheming results in a lot of drama, blood, and tears.

I got to about halfway through the episode and I just had to... This is a better soundtrack for all those ship…
Excellent. I'm waiting for better subs, but this sounds promising. Hope the characters didn't change too much from the books. If something feels superficial, then we're on track!

Not really a fan of the first ML nor of the second ML…Except for “Word of Honor” the first ML always looks…
Haven't seen the episode yet, but sounds like ML is doing a good job with Han Ye, then, if you think has no personality. That's Book Han Ye's preferred outward appearance (bland, with no opinions), and I think it's also the reputation he cultivates. People who don't know him well tend to underestimate him, and he seems to like it that way! Looking forward to checking it out...sounds like the ML and FL have nailed their parts :)
