Honestly, I think this is a big problem in general with how people engage with fiction nowadays. Fiction is for exploring the good AND the bad, judgement should be done outside of that. You can enjoy something problematic in fiction and not be the lesser person for it because any person with common sense can recognise that liking something fictional does not mean you accept it and want to enforce it in real life.

I understand where you're coming from and I somewhat agree but geoblocking is usually done because they already have distribution deals in those countries. If they signed a contract with Gaga to distribute in those countries they can't then turn around and offer the show for free to those same countries at the same time 'cause then nobody would have the incentive of going to Gaga and the deal would be practically void. GMM does this too: their YouTube uploads are not available for Thailand where they have TV distribution deals. The only difference is that because GMM is a huge company raking in money regardless, they don't need the extra money from YT subscriptions. I'm not saying you're not allowed to be unhappy with the situation, it's understandable that you are, just want to explain why geoblocking and subscriptions happen. WeTV published a schedule at the beginning of airing the show on Twitter iirc and then again mid-season :) I've seen other companies do it too so I guess official social media accounts are a good place to start!

As long as they're webseries it's fine. The censorship only applies to broadcast and promoting in China on the more "official" channels :)

I read the manga and I have to say I definitely prefer this to the original. For the reasons you mentioned and others.. Though I personally don't agree about the ending, I thought it was good and definitely opens the door for more of the story but that's just my own view of it. I'm not sure if the anime adapted the entire story or only up to a point but I kind of hope, if they do make a season two, that they actually keep it different from the rest of the manga because the second half is even worse than the first in that one in some regards 😵‍💫

Producers mentioned in interviews that they planned on a three-season run but nothing has been confirmed officially yet. Hopefully, seen the success it has had so far, the possibility of getting a season two is not that far fetched! We'll just have to hope it keeps the same quality level (and the same production team too imo) and the same investment from fans so that the three-season arc comes to fruition!

Episode 11 is releasing on the 25th for VIP users and on June 1st for free!

it's getting released for VIP on Sunday the 25th and then for free users on June 1st :) I think they opted to release it on the 25th because it's also the day they're having the finale live event but I do agree that it's kind of unfair
