I’m really warming up to this show, despite the continuing hiccups with the subs. The NC scene was good but for all his cockiness, I wonder if Pawin is going to get Korn as he wants, or if he’ll get played. I feel sorry for Zo and the song was a nice reflection of where his relationship with Pitch is. And Wayu, so smitten it’s not true… Looking forward to more drama next week. 🥰
I really like this show, it’s well made, well acted and interesting. It’s not heavy but not stupid either. Saengtai is a sweetheart. All in all a pleasure to watch. 🥰

This story had more 'Hias' than an army of Teams. I liked it but agree that once again, plot holes and lack of character development really spoilt it and wasted the talents of many good actors. GMM need to keep a good eye on this and make more of an effort to improve these weaknesses….
I am very happy with this series so far. It may present some things in a clichéd way for some, but it’s a Thai BL romance so I can easily live with that. I like that so far the relationships don’t seem to be too simple and the premise indicates that it may be a bumpy ride. I really like Title‘s restrained performance and Suar is great as Tien, so full of bravado and then self-doubt. After just 4 Eps I am fully invested in how the story proceeds. 🥰
I just watched this in Bangkok. Very sweet story, nicely told. The ensemble cast works very nicely together. And if you want to see Nanon in the nude, this is the film for you… 🫣🥰
So, finally I finished this show which should win an award for the most dramaless drama of 2023. It just got more and more bizarre. Ep 9 was particularly strange with Pao’s sudden 2 minute struggle with addiction and Ploen’s skateboarding accident where hitting his head apparently led to an injured arm. The obligatory let’s have some snacks, because why not, involved Kana sneaking in vast amounts of alcohol which we never saw anyone drinking but which caused almost instantaneous drunkenness for P’Park… It’s just all so random..!!! 🤣🤣 I was also surprised by the, can we call it a sex scene ?, between P’Park and Tin. Tin suddenly worried that an erection (surely not his first during all the years he’s been lusting after P’Park) would make him no longer cute…not a criterion in my experience… 🤔 Still, it’s over now and after that ending I would just like to think of them all still existing in their small corner of the world, arguing about nothing, drinking bubble tea, going to the hospital at random moments and being harassed by an army of small children… Just weird as hell..!!
So, got round to watching Ep 8… Hmm… Phu gets a lot of stick for not being more assertive and having buggered off up north and not to Melbourne for 10 years but really, Nan is smitten with him, which EVERYONE can see, except Phu. And Nan hasn’t got the balls to say, 'Hey, Phu, I really love you and have been dumb never to tell you. Let’s date.' Poor Phu‘s not going to do it… Party is a sweetheart, selfless and kind, he would make a great boyfriend…but, yeah…Nan..!!! 🙄 So happy that KhunKhao finally showed up (Seagames is major ❤️❤️❤️). Maybe this will drive our two dimwits into each other’s arms at long last. Unless Nan decides to become a nun he can’t really lose… On a serious note, it’s a shame that the show wasn’t better put together as it could have been quite a bit better.
Nice, cute, touching finale to Aye and Akk’s story. I’m so glad Wat got the prize. I love AJ and wish that GMM would give him something more substantial to perform. Louis and Neo were sweet but First and Khaotung, with all that kissing and those intense gazes just do it for me even if the story is weak.
I‘m worried about Peter…poor baby…he and Seok were very cute. Poor subs once again, hope they improve soon otherwise this might be very frustrating viewing.
So far I liked what they’re doing. Okay, the forgotten birthday trope is kinda old hat and dumb, and somehow a bit cruel, but my boys First and Khaotung are sooo adorable that it’s a pure pleasure to watch them. I enjoyed the film remake scenes, very cute…they should have made more of them. Wat‘s film should win the prize, don’t think I can bear another 'we almost made it but we didn’t…' 😥 Oh, and I do wish that GMM would think more about the sound mixing and background noise…it can’t be that hard to fix… 🙄 Looking forward to tomorrow. ❤️
Pat is always so adorable. I really like his personality. I like how he always tries to stand up for what he thinks…
Yes indeed… Pat is young and inexperienced in the work environment so he often goofs up, but I find that understandable and quite realistic. I love the fact that he goes out with his friends and drinks too much and does dumb things…I‘ve been there. Mon coming to the condo to collect Jen and taking a s**t doesn’t make him seem like the most endearing character…Hmmm… 🤔
Ep 3 was very nice. As others said, good that we got more focus on Jeng and his uncertainties. I loved drunken Pat (but I love Pat anyway) in the car…it helps to make it more obvious to Jeng that Pat likes him. I have no problem with the side couple and I don’t know if it’s 100% clear that Mon is Jen’s boyfriend. He seems attracted to Jaab a fair bit. We will see. All in all, another satisfying Ep. 🥰
It seems a bit strange that Korn says, he would do anything to make things right but doesn’t think of turning himself in… And Rung just got put on a train to….somewhere for 5 years…hmmm… I am still enjoying watching this but the writing is very lazy, sadly. 😥
The highlight for me this episode was eating potato chips with a fork…no sponsorship from Lays for this show… 🤣But then, they have the nerve to mention the barbershop and Itt points at the dodgy wig and says, that Day cut it… 🤔🙄Itt deserved a slap just for bad advertising.
So, The Promise and Our Skyy NLMG…now when I get to Thailand I’m going to spend my time kicking around trees for badly concealed time capsules as it appears now to be a thing. Luckily I won’t have to dig too deep. I’m not giving up on these two even if the writing isn’t doing much to move the story along as it should. It is pretty much time now after Party’s confession and a fair amount of cream application that both our guys realise that there’s a lot more than just the mending of a fractured friendship going on here. Nan knows how he feels and could tell Phu, so let’s not put all the blame on the world’s most handsome coffee farmer… But yeah, it’s also time for Phu to open up to Nan so that he won’t lose him to the next handsome guy that comes along. ☝🏻🥰
I wish I could like Joong and Dunk more but SIMM was just so-so and this episode lacked any real story to be developed in the second Ep. It’s been said by others that they lack chemistry and Dunk seems so detached… They need something with a bit more drama and sense of purpose, something to challenge them both. Worried that Hidden Agenda won‘t be it though. Will watch the next episode but not expecting to be thrilled. 😥
This show is ABAAB done right for me so far… Jeng is a strict, but fair boss who is under pressure to make the department work well. He‘s not soft on Pat…yet…which is correct. Pat is, of course, a total babe…maybe a bit of a baby too, but he’s young and inexperienced so it’s understandable. Poor sweetie crying twice in one Ep…😥😘 The co-workers are just a bunch of shits…hope they get what’s coming to them. So, this is a good show in my opinion, better than I expected and better than a lot of other current series. Looking forward to next week.
Sooo..well, that was that… Good that they cleared up all the loose ends, got Ken and Din/Lue happily back together, explained everything to poor Din‘s mother, had a long chat with Ken’s Dad and explained exactly what Poppy’s character was doing when all the sh*t was going down and why Din had to wear an extra pair of underwear over the sexy black ones…But I guess we’ll have to wait for season two… 'Chains of Heart 2: Din’s back…again.'..🤣
