What a joy it is to watch this series. Last week left me sobbing, as it did everyone else, and now a new set up with Top being all buff and sassy and Mick playing the more reserved role…how wonderful they are. As others have said, this show deserves a lot more credit and attention. I am intrigued as to where things will go next week and then for the last two episodes…roll on next weekend.
Very nice first episode…reminiscent of La Pluie…it will be interesting to see how the next episodes are with different settings and character stories…so happy to see Mick in a full series again…🥰
Overall a very sweet series. At first I found Ai too whiney but it didn’t put me off completely. The drama/mystery of the show might have been fudged but all the main characters were super cute with each other and P‘Yu is such a charmer… Looking forward to the special Ep. 🥰
Bing is very insistent about wanting to sleep with Khen…😂 The show is quite okay so far… not the highest quality but interesting enough to keep watching.
I came late to this gem of a show but I‘m so happy I discovered it. I love Taichi and his rough straightforwardness…just like Kohei does. The story is told with a lot of tenderness and I think honestly enough with regard to all the characters… We may not like Maya but she too is struggling with herself and her place in the world. If our boys were able to act on and express themselves better I am sure that everyone else would get it and support them…even Maya. Just one episode to go and I am sad that this will be over…hope at least for some kind of happy (-ish) end… 🥰
Aaawwww….I love P Yu…at the beginning he was presented by Ai as an irritating tease, but he cares so much for Ai in his soft, quiet way, so adorable. And so him finally getting to shout out his feelings was sweet…and helped Ai to express himself too… I still worry about that chart in Ai’s case closet…it bodes no good… 😬
There are so many Lune-antis that Phuwin even asked ppl to “pls not hate Lune he’s only 16” lolI just think…
I am not an anti-Lune but find it more difficult to sympathize with his character than that of White… however that’s the way the character was written so we’ll see. I’m also not more invested in seeing Star with White - she’s right when she tells him that they’re better off as friends and I think given time he will agree…but I am worried that now that Lune has declared himself there will be friendship drama…which it would be nice to avoid. But anyway, yes, we‘ll see how they get on… Thanks for your comment. 🥰
In Absolute Zero everyone was up in arms about the age difference between Suansoon and Ongsa…here everyone (including me) is hoping that Vee will get his happy ending with a man more than 70 years older….😂🥰 It’s all gone so fast I don’t want it to end tomorrow…
Off as Jane is just so 🥰🥰🥰… And Poon is such a goofball, in We Are and here he’s just so adorable to watch when he has his moments - hopefully GMM will continue to make good use of him. The series itself is entertaining and perfect for a Sunday evening.
When I first saw the trailer I wasn‘t sure about this series…it looked cute but kind of dumb. I was wrong. Knock Knock Boys is one of my favorites. I like the way that it’s really just about these four characters finding themselves and their way to each other. For me there are similarities to We Are but here, things are not dragged out to fit in so many different stories, it’s much more compact and better for it. Almond and Latte are really cute and I love how Latte gently takes care of Mond. I get why people are frustrated with Peak, but I love him too…poor lonely lost boy, so afraid to hurt his father and lose the only family he has had until he moved into the house. Sure, he should have dealt with everything sooner, but if he had we would never have gotten his story and he would never have met the others; the family he really needs. I hope for a happy ending with Thanwa next week. ❤️🥰
This show was great. A good story, well told even if it had weak moments…but which series doesn’t? It was good to see Meen and Ping doing something with substance; There’s something about Ping’s goofy boyishness and Meen’s cool allure that gets me every time. The supporting club members got just enough time to make them not completely faceless - it would have been nice to have had more Shogun und Jedi. Poor First, a sweetheart that wasn’t given more love… Atom..? What can you say..? An opportunist at every turn and then coming to simply take Zen away like that…bad form indeed. Still, Frank did a good job and showed that he can perform well if given a chance. Thumbs up for Coach and Q… the gangster side story was a little hokey, but spiced things up a bit… 🥰 Although there most probably won’t be a second season, I would be happy to see this lot back again…❤️
I‘m a long time Meen Ping fan so of course I am enjoying this series - it’s good to see them in something with a bit more depth and production. The same goes for Frank, finally he has a role where he can actually do something and not just stand around playing dumb. Once again we have a sassy granny to fall in love with…and a supporting cast who are not annoying or completely irrelevant. All in all this is a very entertaining watch…
This show is pretty good however…hoping for more Tan and Jewel cos they are so precious 🥰
