I have a strong feeling that this wasn’t made with an international fanbase in mind… That being said, it is quite peculiar. The dubbing is obviously intentional, the ridiculous nature of the story, the extremely dubious presentation of upcoming characters… I wonder what Frank, Long Lee and Kok were thinking when they agreed to do this…not that their previous choices this year have fared much better. In the BTS part everyone seems to be having a good time… Very odd… 🤔
Unfortunately this series is a disappointment. There is a serious lack of direction to the alleged overarching story. We have been given two episodes for each character with a little bit of the others to tempt us, but nothing has developed. Lee and Mook started off but, what happened? She’s disappeared and he’s just hanging around. Nanon‘s story was cute, but light and Krist hasn’t amounted to much either. Tomorrow episode 10 and we‘re just at Luke…it‘s dull. I hope that the stories of Off and Mix have more to offer, but generally this is a bit of a mess. A shame really as I was looking forward to it. 🥹
This show is truly wonderful. Jam and Film are magnificent, the story keeps twisting just enough to make you wonder if Charn will ever be able to change. Tann and Thee belong together… And it’s all so trashy in that special Thai Lakorn way…sad that there are only two Eps left.
Today’s episode was pretty good if you ask me. Nuea leaving and the scene on the stairs was great. Finally Nuea gets solid support from his workmates. - good job guys! I agree that Sailom has been a dick, but he knows it and is now trying to make amends. I was so happy to see Chiang Mai… 🥰
I’m worried for Hunter…that bar never seems to be full and I have yet to see anybody pay for a drink… I agree that the last two episodes were the best yet. Hopefully the drama will evolve as the show is a bit underwhelming up until now, sadly.
So, I need to stop looking here after I finish a show I like. Way too much negativity… So, I will just comment that I enjoyed this series very much and felt that the final Ep was done well… And I loved Tai’s motorcycle helmet 🥰
So, the end is in sight. I preferred Ep 12 to 11, but it is a shame that they made the deception the main drive of the story. I feel sorry for Than and think Joss is doing a good job. Alan and co. are cute. I am surprised they made Arthit such a douchbag. Unlike most, I am not sure that Cathy can be seen as his accomplice, she sees through him and I sure she doesn’t want him back. Oh well, we’ll see…
It looked very nice, many well framed scene…the story so far nothing too exciting; maybe too similar to SIMM…we‘ll see. Dunk looks nice on those glasses 🥰
Despite some odd timeline issues, I liked this episode a lot. It was interesting to see them dealing with the fallout of last week’s confession. Jeng is so distraught and heartbroken at the idea of losing Pat, I felt so sad for him. And poor, dearest Pat, a ball of confusion; unable to comprehend the idea that not only is his boss gay, like himself, but also into Pat big time. Pat‘s relationship with Put has put him on heavy guard, the separation of his parents (classic trope) leading him to believe that maybe love just doesn’t work…but also knowing that he has a crush on Jeng which could go badly wrong…my heart bleeds for him. Next week looks like there will be a bit more of a happy mood, luckily. 🥰
I am enjoying this more than I expected. It’s nice to see Joss playing a softer character here. The relationship between Thann and Meena is very sweet. The rest of the cast are fun and I must confess that I too have a soft spot for Pond. I like it when he gets to play side characters, as he did in Dirty Laundry; you can see how much more relaxed he is not having the burden of having to constantly emote and carry a story. I look forward to the next few episodes.
Once again, Pat proving to be BL’s best ever drunk and now the dancing..!!! 🥰🥰 Another great episode full of fun but also tenderness. This show does a great job of mixing lightness with heavier themes and I love it for that. Everyone does a great job. I was very taken with Up’s performance at the beginning, regardless of Put’s motivations or honesty. And once again, Ben is just a darling…❤️ Roll on next week…
Ep 3, another good episode. The emotional uncertainty of Kawi as well as Pisaeng is well presented…what is it to have, need or be friends… I am really enjoying Krist in this role, not the cool, smart dude but the nerdy boy. He‘s doing well. Hope we learn more about Pisaeng….Gawin is, as always, an absolute dreamboat… 🥰
I do want more character insight with Jeng, though. What is it that attracts him to Pat?
I think sometimes it’s quite simple. Pat is young, goofy, obviously interested enough in the job and the firm and cute. Whatever caught Jeng‘s attention I guess these are reasons. I don’t think we need to go into too much analysis why he’s likeable. People fall for different types, and Pat is quite different from Jeng. All that being said, I get your point. More background info might be nice. 😉
Oh, I felt so bad for Pat when Put dissed his ramen. Okay, it’s not the most difficult meal, but Pat was trying to be nice and making easy comfort food. Put not in the least appreciative. We all know that Pat gets easily hurt…poor baby. Jeng being supportive and nice when Chris‘ mother was being a bitch was good. He‘s so taken with Pat it’s painful when he has to watch Put trying to edge in on his guy. I can understand what is going on with P & P; it is something I think a lot of people do…trying to get back with the ex because moving on seems difficult or is unclear. And it’s surely unclear to Pat what his feelings for Jeng might bring even if they are reciprocated. I get Jaab pushing Jen away too; another relationship which might seem ill advised. Poor Jen, wanting to explain but not getting the chance. And Jaab thinking he is in the wrong… Oh, I love this show… 😥🥰
Oh…Tin Tem Jai… the drama… 🥰 So, the gang go all the way to BKK for a concert and spend most of the time in a mall or a backyard somewhere. All Tin wants to do is bone… 🤣 This series is just bizarre in that nothing, literally nothing, of consequence EVER happens. They could have visited a well-known sight, gone on a boat or something…but no. I wonder if they will make it to the concert. 😬
