Thank you, I feel seen. I felt disappointed and I was thinking maybe I missed sometime. But the plot of the show…
the same thing i expect from "let free the curse of taekwondo", "cherry blossom after winter", sementic error ", "where your eyes lingers " and so much more, which they all had 8 eps...
i'm not saying"secret relationships" is bad, as i mentioned b'fore, it just didn't meet my expectations...
i'm not a movie critic, but, first the series didn't live up to it's title, because the series focus more on complex, often toxic relationships, and the struggles of the protagonist, Da-on ("Secret Relationships" that's just misleading title)...
they could've named it "complicated hearts", "tangled emotions", "complex connects" or something...
second, for realism, shouldn't Da-on feel a little bit of surprise when Su Hyeon kissed him out of blue in the beginning of eps 6?...
(like he should be asking himself what the hell just happened, or show some physical reactions like shock by dilating his pupils, or his body to go numb because he had no idea that Su Hyeon was in love with him, and more importantly Do-an is scared of him, at least Da-on should flinch or try to push him away, the very second their lips clicked which he didn't (he kinda tryna flinch after a few seconds or so)
and about the 3-plot twists you mentioned, they delivered that just perfectly in just 8 eps...
and i'm well aware of that (not mentioning one's sexuality), it's just bothering me, and i did mention that, it lacks a touch of reality...
i see a lotta positive reactions on this series, but tbh i was expecting something more (in the series)... yeah, it was a good series, and the actors played their roles just fine... but the way "Secret Relationships" has been hyped through all media platforms i was really expecting more than they've shown... sad enough, Secret Relationships is not my cuppa...
(and one more thing that's bothering me in most BL is, how on earth you gon' confessed your feelings to someone without checking the fact if they're gay/bi or not? they're always like "i saw this dude, i like him, i confess, and surprisingly enough that dude is always into boys" they're acting as if it's a hetro movie or something that you can just confess your feelings head-on)
i just finished watching it, and like always, (Thai BL thriller) it didn't match my expectations... i know Lue was Din around eps 3-4 (they kinda made that obvious, which makes the series less interesting)... the story is on fire, if only they focused on building more suspense and add a little bit of realism in it, it gon' be a heat!... i like it, but they should have done better, there's room for improvement in every corner of the series...
the blend of horror, comedy, and romance brings the story to life...
things that stood out for me in the drama are:
1. understanding zombie language? i've never seen that, but Young-joon broke that record 😂... that girl was surely a psychic...
2. Ra in-ho, that guy is hella fun, and quick-witted, he figured things out in-a-go...
3. tripeater, his screentime was short, but without him, Young-joon and her team wouldn't made it that far...
can't wait to see more of them in season 2...
since we're not on that topic, lemme go straight to the point...
i ain't stopping y'all from enjoying "Secret Relationships", i just shared my pov like everyone else...
sorry if that makes you feel offended...

thanks for correcting me 🙏
thank God i'm wasn't the only one who's been thinking "Secret Relationships" had been over-hyped...
