Though it coul be of course I don't think so because the only reason that the presence of a baby at such a moment would be to name him the emperor. I mean even if at that moment LTG had a baby of his own or of his wife it would make no sense to carry the baby to the ceremony of LTG becoming emperor.
The most likely scenario is that LTG will be named regent (after all, that's his grand desire, being the 2 most important in the kingdom, the power behind the scenes) and the baby is the third prince, being named "emperor" in that scene.

Yes, he had a psycho like attitude (though I personally don't think he was a psycho) but the reason why he was so messed up was his absolutely traumatising upbringing. Does that make his bad actions forgivable? Of course not, but it makes us understand why he does the things he does and why he bahaves in such a way; it also shows how deep down he is starving of love and human affection and when he discovers said person has "betrayed"him he goes ballistic because for him betrayal cuts a lot deeper than for a normal person. Villains in most common scenarios are not created to be liked, but to be hated, in a way that you think "damn, I hate this boy/girl but it is a good character". For example, there is an historical drama "Queen Seon Deok" where the villain is an evil woman but it is one of the best villains ever, because though even she is bad she is such a fleshed out and complex character. That's what I meant when I said my fav character was the villain, and not because he is the best villain out there, but because in contrast with the rest of characters at least he is not flat.

The last scene of EP 26. was a total "oh shit, here we go again" moment. Why, I wonder why??? This drama is amazing, why destroy such an interesting character like LTG like that? If they had shown him as a dumb or mediocre character since the beggining I wouldn't be so disappointed. But they first shown him to us as a cunning, ruthless man who could be a potential ally/enemy to our Wu group but with a very interesting arch. Now, he is such a dumb obsessive whiny pathetic sh*t. I mean, if they want him obsessed with Ruyi fine, but why couldn't he maintain his wits and cunningness even as an obssesed psycho?
And the worst is how after that talk with ML he seemed to compromise to be an ally and begin to let go of his obsession. What a disappointment his character, with the incredible potential he had... (sighs).

Yyeah totally, I would put YSS as the black sheep uncle, who is a total womaniser and offers you beer and cigarettes LOL

The fact that so many people think ML is "ugly", specially he is receiving hate because of that in China, leaves me perplexed. I find him very handsome, I don't know if it is a cultural thing and I am western or because I have a distorted beauty sense LOL.
It has happened to me in other dramas but the opposite. For example, Zhu Kai is seen like a god of beauty but I don't find him so beautiful (not hating on Zhu Kai, of course)
The thing is I can understand some people may find him unattractive, but why hate on the actor or the drama because of that?? If he were ugly (which he is not), what's the problem? His character is described as cunning and brave, not as handsome.
Way worse are those dramas where all characters perceive FL as ugly, FL describes herself as ugly and she is a beauty goddess (I am not even going to rant in that awful obsession that asian dramas have with showing "ugly characters" as people with tanned skin and curly hair but it is infuriating)

The scene where she removes her hat and her hair is not tied?? That was Emperor of An, or it seems so

I have to say something to all those people who are fanatical fans of this drama and attack people who disagree with a "you are just dumb teenagers who are obsessed with the villain and that's why you hate the drama":
Sorry, but NO: the thing is...the villain is the only somewhat decent character; he may be a bad person but it is the only f**ckng character that is not insufferable, cartoonish or downright flat (and I am really sorry for ML, because his character wasn't annoying, but he is soo flat and they didn't bother in giving him some background or fleshing him out, when they did it for the villain) And yes, the fact that villain is a hottie is a pleasure for the eyes, but that doesn't mean people is so dumb they are going to hate on a drama because they think the villain is handsome... when there are so many reasons to think it is BAD:

FLAT CHARACTERS AND ANNOYING
AWFUL PLOT WITH 0 SENSE
RANDOM CHARACTERS OR PLOTS THAT ARE THERE FOR...WHAT??? (the beggar couple, why??, the secret wealthy club owners that invited FL's mom to join them to go against evil, what they were there for???)
FAKE FEMINISM. Are you trying to tell me this show is feminist when we have FL saying a con woman: I wil not hit you, I don't hit women. (Not even going to talk about how there is psychological violence in the brother and how her mother treats the father)

Here, take your pick because there are so many reasons to don't like the drama, and no, it is not because we are rabid supporters of the villain actor.
If you want really good dramas with mystery or a good thriller/psychological: Strangers from hell, Mouse, Beyond Evil, Evilive, Weak hero, The king of pigs, The smile has left your eyes...
If you want superpower people try Moving, or The Gifted (thai drama)
I really don't recommend this drama

The fact you imply people that don't like this drama are just inmature teens...it is...well, astonishing. Specially since one of my main thoughts while watching this drama was "okay, I guess teens at least may like this LOL"
This drama is not mature but in my humble opinion all the opposite, childish at best. If you want mature dramas with no romance or slight romance at most I can recommend you a lot because that is the type of drama I favored, thrillers with deep plot and well fleshed characters: like Beyond Evil, Weak Hero, Strangers from Hell...
I really respect that we all have different tastes, so it is okay if you like this drama, but why the need to undermine people's different views as "not having good taste or not being mature enough to understand this good drama"?? Specially when this drama is a hot mess in all departments. And I am really sorry for that because I loved Strong woman do bong song and I really wanted to like this but it is garbage. The mystery, the romance...all is trash. The only thing that made me watched all 16 eps was the villain, the only character that wasn't all flat.
And yes, FL is extremely childish, even in the way she speaks, because of course it is understandable she speaks all informal or make that type of mistakes, but why does she uses that pitch? that weird overeacted mannerisms? I sincerely don't know if that is the actress bad acting or the way the character was designed.

Well as someone who has watched a lot of dramas and uses this page to get to know new ones or get recommendations of other dramas who fit my taste, I can tell you that I haven't seen so many negative comments in a long time, what usually is a pretty revealing sign that said drama was not well liked by the public.
Also, you say it has more than a 7 as it is a really good rating, but again, it is extremely weird for a drama in this page to rate below 7. So it also shows in the rating even if it is a 7.3 or whatever that it is not well liked by many.
If you like it that's great, and like you there will be more people, but denying that also a lot of other people thinks it is awful (myself included) is denying the obvious.
In fact, I really think the only reason why this isn't below 7 is because of the actors that are well liked by people. And again, I have really liked dramas that most thought were mediocre or bad, we all have different tastes, but the level of bad reviews...it shows something

By the way, QZ is that typical friend that at first when you met him you thought "what a serious responsible quiet person" but after some time you discover he is the wildest and a total savage, so beware of poker face people lol

The entire scene with the dates was hilarious; you can totally relate it to a family everyday life moment: the elder bro (LGT) gets jealous of his little sis (princess Yang Ying) and steals her food just to spite her. Little sis goes after mom (FL) crying to complain and father who has seen everything (ML) scolds his elder son because he is the older one who should be mature and how could he be so childish. Pure gold LOL.

It's always the quiet and serious ones HAHHAHHAH, QZ with his "1,2,3,4,5,6,7..." pissing off like crazy the Marquis.

Talking about Story of Kunning Palace, uhh??? hhahahh I really really like it, though I must admit I wasn't a fan of that particular scene. I hope LTG gets rid of his obsession for his shifu soon (I think he is not going to be a major villain with a never ending fixation on FL, but we will see) because I really feel his character was set as a very interesting one before the scene when he met Ruyi.

Just seen some trailers previews in youtube. Someone knows what happens in that scene where Yang Ying takes her own hat out with a sword before the emperor of (I guess it was An Emperor, cause she went there with LGT?) ???

You are right there can't be mistake on that because Yang Ying is a gongzhu and Ruyi calls herself junzhu, but it is not exactly like you said. A gonzhu is the "highest" rank of princess, because that title can only be carried by the Emperor's daughters, the current one or deceased ones. Junzhu were also part of the royal offspring, and was the title bestowed to the daughters of princes. So, usually that title was used on the nieces of the emperor.
Perhaps you are mistaking the term with "xianzhu". Xianzhu was also a princess title (the lowest of the three) and was usually given to noble girls who had no royal blood or had a more distant blood bond with the royal family.

I also want Princess Yang Ying with the marquis!! In fact I think they really would make a perfect fit because they are different so he could learn some gentleness from her and she could begin to learn to be a little more ruthless from him; but they also have in common being unwanted members of the royal family of their country... But it seems she is going to be paired with Yuan Lu (sighs).
Btw, I think we will really get Shishan and Tribe Princess.
