I know it looks like a defense mechanism but in those cases the mother is usually in denial and thinks her child is still alive! We don't have something similar here! She is definitely aware that Eun Bi is not her daughter! I'm not judging her I just find it really weird, idk!

Eun Byul's mother is so weird! I mean she lost her daughter and the first thing she did was replace her with a girl who looks just like her! Everything is fine as long as they look exactly the same?

from what I've read there is more romance though! :)

It does have some romance (this is the only version I've seen so I can't compare) just not a kiss.....but if you really want to watch a drama whose plot is based more on romance then I don't know if you should watch this!
