Just finished the anime. I really reaaaaaaally want to watch the story unfold again but I'm afraid if I watch the movie exactly after finishing the anime I'll probably not like it :'(

I'm also not into medical stuff/dramas (although I end up watching a lot of medical dramas for some weird reason) and I really liked the first 2 episodes! I hope it stays like this!
Can someone please tell me what "cliché" this drama had in the first 2 episodes because I saw a comment by someone saying it has so many of them and it looks like one of those cheesy old dramas (I guess something like BOF?)
