I never watched the anime, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but Season 2 of One Piece was really good. Usually when Season 1 is amazing, the next season ends up kind of meh, but this one actually kept things super interesting. Honestly, I might’ve enjoyed it even more than Season 1.
No not really... even in virtual illusions, it comes to an end before it happens, one time she rejects herself,…
There are 2 scenes. One with first VR guy in episode 2, but kind of from the side, cant really see lips, and other with ex boyfriend in flashbacks how they started dating.
She didn't kiss any of the guys in the first six episodes.
episode 2, minute 44. they are kissing on the beach. "So many" might be wrong, they showed 2, but they imply she did with other VR guys. And yes, it is VR, so doesnt matter for real ML, but still doesnt feel right to me.
Just finished binge-watching Boyfriend on Demand and honestly it wasn’t a great watch for me. The first 4 episodes were pretty hard to get through and I seriously thought about dropping it. One thing that really didn’t work for me was the FL kissing so many guys — even if it was in VR, that’s kind of a no-no for me. If I had known that beforehand, I probably wouldn’t have started the drama.
Also the ML barely felt like a real character in the first half of the show — he was almost like a cameo rather than the male lead. The second half did get better and the story felt more focused, but it still wasn’t enough to make the drama really good.
The best thing about the show was definitely the cast. They did a solid job with what they had. I usually give rom-coms I enjoy a 10 because I like most of them, but in this case I just can’t. For me, 7.5 is the highest score I can give it.
Is it worth to keep watching? I'm on episode 15 and the drama is very slow. I hate dropping dramas but I don't…
Yes, it does (depands what you mean by better, but overall: ) for people who rewatch it they start from episode 5, 19 or 22. You are close to that part which starts to be really good.
I just finished Idol I and honestly I liked it overall. It was a really nice mix of romcom + thriller, and I actually couldn’t guess who killed that character, which is rare for me 😅 so that part was fun.
But I have to say… the first 3 episodes were sooo strong. The way it showed celebrity crisis and all the pressure/issues in the industry was really interesting and felt kind of intense and fresh. After the death happened and the FL started working with the ML, it slowly turned into a more typical romcom. Still cute, still enjoyable, but more predictable.
I don’t regret watching it at all, I just feel like the beginning had something a bit more special? Still a good watch if you like romance with some mystery mixed in.
1. 242. No3. I’ll let you decide, but to me No4. Yes5. You’ll love it6. 13 of them Enjoy the show 😉
Nice one with counting kisses xD. For point 3, It is not as simple as yes/no. There is many comments about that, but majority is rather happy with how it is done - it is more part of the story than what it would mean in other dramas. About point 5. After rewatching I think I didnt heard any "I like you/I love you", yet their romance is sooo good. It is like another level.
so what is the 2nd ml'# deal? he was into Rong till fl showed up and then bc of her confessing and stuff he fell…
Zhuang Xu’s problem is emotional insecurity. Because of the class gap, he believes he isn’t worthy of Nie Xi Guang yet, so he convinces himself he can wait until he achieves success and come back for her later (and some other misunderstandings). Meanwhile, the ML wins her simply by being sincere, present, and decisive — loving her as he is, without making her wait.
It is kind of explained in later episodes. Before accident his friend said that she invited him to party (but…
Yes, this is slow burn romance, but somehow not boring, there are a lot of emotional or cute scenes. I think I did some fast forwards on business scenes but it was hard to do that with mains scenes. FL is too pretty to FF her :>
