Do Hyeon was hit with all the worst things possible at the same time. He was weirdly possessive and angry because he couldn't be with her because of his situation, he is not rich like Tae Oh, he has to earn for himself everyday and prepare for college. To me Tae Oh was a rich jerk, who had all the time in the world to simp for a girl/girls and betrayed his friend and Song Yi was selfish and just wanted her life to be comfortable. You don't have to sacrifice your life and time for someone in a relationship, but the least you do is have some consideration and give them the benefit of the doubt. I shipped Do Hyeon and Song Yi so hard I hate Jisoo with all my heart and now I consciously avoid his dramas, maybe that or I just hate him for no reason, because he irritates me for no reason and I just want to find excuses to hate him.

And I know who ends up with who and my favourite actors do end up together but I still put this on the bottom of my watchlist for so long, as I was concerned of the emotional rollercoaster that I would ride considering multiple love lines within a friend group but I watched the English lesson clip and BoraxSunwoo clip yesterday and decided it's worth to watch it. The characters felt so natural in that setting even in a short 2 min clip. Hope I have a proper closure with this drama after completing it

Everyone hating Ye Jin since she had significantly more screen time, but the story revolved around her. She was the link between every other character, so what could you expect? I didn't feel like other characters lost their significance in their story. To me this was a wholesome life drama and it did justice to the characters. But if you ask me if it did justice to the cast, that could be subjective. I don't know much about the popularity of the cast to be support characters or their "unfair screen time" so I will not comment about it.

Ah yes a satisfactory happy ending for all. I'm not even gonna question the logic, I'm just happy that this is the ending. The only thing I wanted to see was the assembly and Jin Mu suffering more but hey who cares about those dipshits

Tell me about it. All the collective hate shifted to Soon Ho from In Wook the moment she did that shitty thing of stopping Ha Won. In Wook is an insecure piece of shit and what Soon Ho is doing in the name of "love". Toxicity reached unknown heights in those scenes

Happy ending but I guess you will be pissed off because of someone at the end and you will hate a character with all your might not the main couple though

Hear me out....what if the fire bird is released by Jin Mu and gang and as a result they gain a power equal to that of ice stone. JSR awakens and she works with Uk who has the ice stone to seal the fire bird again. As a result JSR exhausts all her power and vanishes leaving the body to Naksu. Now at the end of the fight barely surviving Uk only has enough power to transport his people to safety. Now they live in hiding while training to be more powerful. While the dystopian Daeho is run by the power hungry King and Jin Mu and other assembly members. Uk and gang slowly gain their powers back and fight to protect and revive Daeho and the lake. Will this be an interesting story line for S3?

I mean they are in the assembly for a reason for they are the strongest representatives of strongest clans. They could have easily killed Park Jin and Mama Jin considering their numbers. What I don't get is...where is this Master Lee supposed to be if he wasn't at the Assembly or Songrim when all this is happening

That seems plausible. As Jin Bu Yeon is an existence that was not supposed to be in the first place. So Jin Seol Rang will leave the body for Choyeong after a big fight(sealing the released fire bird maybe) or take the ice stone from Uk, Uk and Naksu both disappearing

This episode 9 felt so rushed! Especially after all the waiting for the big revelation to UK which was just so underwhelming. Even Yul finding out she is Naksu was dramatic and extended to two episodes. But now 3 characters are dead, suddenly king sides with Jin Mu, don't even know what Master Lee has been doing when all this is going down except for stating the obvious after the events has occured. I atleast need a justifiable excuse for Master Lee to be so passive and just watch. Please tell me there's a season 3, to do the main characters justice. We simply just need more story and details to the characters towards the ending as well. I mean Park Jin and Kim Doju were like in half of UK's screen time and if there's like no dramatic end to them then what's the point. Even though I don't care for Mama Jin, she was equally important to the story as well, I expect atleast half an episode length of story for their deaths to do them justice.

They are not terrible! They are actually good and creative writers except for their endings. I really like their concepts and story but their endings are so bitter. I guess that is also why their series' remain longer in viewers memory because of the yearning and bitter emotions

Same. I hope there is a season 3 which is full dystopian with Jin Mu, king and unanimous assembly op and only Uk and gang are in hiding waiting for a perfect opportunity to avenge as Ukie lost most of his power sealing the fire bird, recovering his power and others training to be stronger

I just hope Crown Prince is working with Uk undercover to uncover the whole secret cult and get rid of it

I hope the ending isn't like Hotel Del Luna, like they unite in the next life reincarnations. But at this point Yeong disappearing and og Buyeon returning, Uk asks Buyeon to put him at rest by taking the stone out of him, putting everything back to its place Uk bids goodbye with Yeong scenario is highly anticipated

Yes, that's why the eyes were triggered as well. As we can see in the previous scenes everytime the power resurfaces the blue eyes flickers as well
