Title: Missing 70 Years, He Returned Young; An Older Woman Hugged Him Crying—She Was His Great-Granddaughter | 失踪七十年归来,我成太爷了 ML: Zhang Han Wen | 张瀚文 https://youtu.be/ptS6Kah-xWE Any update on part 2 of this drama?
Although I was eagerly waiting for flashbacks and everything to unfold but damn they dragged the hell out of it. It was a long ass filler in the finale
What even is the thought process behind Old witch Xie actions, she married into a normal "noble" family according to her she "built" and made Xie prosperous. I understand her swapping babies if she feared of getting discarded and divorced, but she made Xie Shu awaken the beast within and made him kill her own daughter who is just minding her business and because of the mirror which she gave away along with the baby. I don't get what she wanted... Was it the authority and fame by being Xie madame or her own twisted ambitions? I don't like how she is portrayed as a woman who was forced to make those decisions to "protect" them.
Perhaps because she did know for that shen run isn't dead it was all a plan she was aware of, hence tomorrow episode…
This is it... everyone's acting was so fake, it's obviously a plan to lure Hu. But this plan seems really simple, Shen Run and Qingyuan have been scheming for 25 episodes, and the supposed "Top boss" believes a fake death and eager to fall into traps. farfetched
I have not yet started on this one, currently watching the long watch which is brilliant. is this worth our time…
If you don't mind getting ragebaited by hypocrisy, shamelessness, male gold digger father, old witch, "filial piety and clan prestige" ...this is a good watch
So the father has something to do with qy's mother's death, but his words almost made you believe he truly love…
I dont think he would have lasted long with his lies even without Yunya knowing the real murderer...he is so flippant about his words and actions sooner or later he would have exposed it himself and went on with his plans shamelessly...Remember when Yunya told she had a memory loss, he sounded her if she witnessed the murder, then later Yunya repeatedly recalls past incidents to seek justice for her mother's frame up, Xie Old Witch and Xie Shu didnt care if she actually knew the truth. They only planned to keep Yunya around to deal with Yanrui, if not for that I believe Yunya would have long been dead
That was another one which made my blood boil....that Xie old witch was hiding while Yunya was getting beaten and she jumped out and started throwing around her authority immediately when Shen Run was beating the old maid
2 died, 1 gone mad, 1 gone full beast mode(concubine lian), 1 under House arrest, 1 as new as 🐣. WHAT A WONDERFUL…
They really embellished male gold diggers in ancient times. Lol the mother and son arent even ashamed to discuss about their dirty plans for the so called "prosperity"
No. They won't. I think that phase has already passed. Now, it's wedding season, followed by the final shot at…
Thanks, I am only waiting for the retribution on Xie Shu and Xie old witch and their faces when they see the wrecking ball coming at their asses, I don't even hope for a happy union for ML and FL at the end
Damn I am just in Ep4, and this old witch (Old Madame Xie) gets on my nerves...hell with respect and consideration for older people, she seems to do and indulge her juniors in all sorts of treacherous deeds and act like a saint...hypocritic selfish people have to taste their own medicine and suffer on their retribution
only watched the first episode and it was hard to get through. Does it pick up? all the reviews below seem like…
This one is fun and them solving cases are interesting. If you are expecting on the edge of the seat or romance kinda drama this is not it...this lean more towards slice of life type
so, listening to something you aren't familiar with is now 'cringey'? lol, do we just throw words around these…
umm as I said I was not interested in tea at all, so all the grandeur and pride behind it, I don't understand it either. So yes, the whole tea bone thing was cringe. Oh, btw I nevertheless rewatched this. I didn't dislike the schemes and unraveling, only when they are going on about tea, I got bored
I'm no tea connoisseur, so listening to them talk about different teas, brewing methods, and tea bone(or something) was a little cringey to me. But overall good drama, smart female and male leads, the schemes of other characters are good too but yeah most involve tea and its business which I don't really resonated with
