His popular pair was Zhao Lusi I guess, their The Last Immortal drama was hit best! Their fandom across internet space hahaha, and Lusi is younger than Anyu. This two both good actor and their chemistry is unbelievable best. I just feel that Anyu acted best when pairing with younger or same age female, he acted more natural, relax without hesitation

It seems, they like to pairing Anyu with much more older FL. Why ?

Again, Anyu acting was superb here after RITA !! The plot was interesting and entertaining, the first chines drama that I think have different plot, storyline, background and that is good coz release the audience from monotone & dull storyline and plot. I like the plot, combine together between real life and fiction, something that we didn't expect from one episode to another, gave surprise in each episode, something that seem we got more than expected. There is mystery, romance, comedy, action etc in one drama. After the 4th episode, I feel that I just watch 4 short movies in 1 drama.
I'm sorry, after watched so many chines dramas, I will give at least 8 plus rating, as I like something unique, something more classy, something with different taste.

Ah, thank you for the correction! Anyu win quite many awards during 2024 anyway, I'm confused from one to another. Indeed, he is more mature, more handsome, more well act and much more. Girls in my country kinda crazy about him!

Indeed, he is underrated actor. Maybe, because Anyu is very rare to play a role in costume drama, so far only 3 dramas. For the peoples outside China as me, maybe have the same preference for costume chinese drama than modern one. Don't know why while Anyu look damn handsome in hanfu, yet he rarely play a role at.

Waiting for Anyu in another hanfu costume, he would be look amazing as JXJ. I believe Anyu know how to do, he has thousand and more face, he know well how to play a role. It would be a challenge for him to be a cold brooding serious JXJ, coz most of time his role as an innocent cute playful ones. More, Anyu look damn handsome in hanfu!

I'm not that one in modern chinese drama, but when I watched the trailers, its kinda interesting so I give a tried. And yes, the story is good, the plot is good, like the background of the story, seem so real life, natural, origin. Anyu act here was superb, the best he ever did, no wonder he won the best actor for his role as Lin Dong Zhe. This drama is really worth watching.

First I didn't want to watched it! Chinese drama costume with mystical thing e.g. god, fairy, devil etc were really not my taste. But my best friends urged me to watch its coz Lusi & Anyu. That's another thing! Intrigued by Anyu in costume drama since he didn't do for more than 4 years, while Lusi is another level coz I like her much. Lusi paired with Anyu, provoke me to watch it. Almost dropped it at 1st episode, if not Anyu so good looking in Hanfu. The story become interesting when Lusi appeared, Anyu & Lusi have great chemistry, they can catch each of the character very well, especially Anyu whom able to brought the audience to mad, angry even hate him.
In short, moral of the story was about the process how a careless young boy become a wise unselfish man & falling hard young girl become mature realistic woman when all the responsibility and duty came to their shoulder. I am glad that I give try to watched it, coz I love it!
