i binge read the manhwa before watching this series. at the start of the series, i really preferred their dynamic compared to the manhwa. but halfway through the show, their dynamic gets more and more inconsistent. and the series toned down the conflicts quite significantly, so the last 2/3 episodes just fell flat and felt like the characters were being unnecessarily dramatic. there was a lot more going on in the manhwa. but i suppose it was a choice they made due to time constraint. overall, it was still a solid watch for me. both actors did well acting and chemistry wise. i hope they get to work together in a bl again.

the amount of greens they have in the house would singlehandedly cure my poor eyesight lol.

plot is nothing groundbreaking but the chemistry is there, and the acting is pretty good. overall it was a nice short and lighthearted watch. really cute imo. also i watched the re-edited one, so im not sure how different it is to the initial vertical release.

just finished watching this drama. and one of the things that saddened me the most about the ending is how in the new life, Liu Yan and Miss Hong are not together anymore, and probably will never cross path again considering they met when they were both in the dark path. despite their dark past, i find their genuine affection for each other really heartwarming. at first i thought Miss Hong was only loyal towards Liu Yan because he was a powerful figure, and Liu Yan kept Miss Hong by his side only as a tool for him to kill Tang Lici. but turned out they cared for each other for real and stick with each other through thick and thin. so it's kinda sad that they don't find each other again in the new life.

i hope it does take the Saturday slot so viewers have the whole Sunday to recover from the mental breakdown that the episode gave us 😂

i can't say for sure. but for mine, it was less than 3 days. so unless the team has gotten busier these days, it should be around that long.

i had the same exact thought throughout the last 2-3 episodes lol. everyone was pushing and pulling him from all different directions, even i myself was stressed out just from watching it. if i was him i would've gathered everyone, Kalong and Inthorn included, then kill myself right in front of them. now everyone is traumatized and nobody gets anything lol.
