A show for the shoujo gals!
I don't understand the claims made about this show being cringe and overall bad. If you're used to shoujo anime, Onzoshi Boys will be right up your alley. It follows the same story structure and character development style. I must admit that I didn't expect much from this show but during the first few episodes my opinion changed drastically.
The FL was adorable from start to finish and her friendship with the other girls was one of the main reasons why i enjoyed my viewing experience. I also didn't expect to "switch lanes" so frequently but I think the writers did a good job making us just as confused as Mugi.
One aspect of the negative comments I must agree on is about the ending: It seemed a bit forced and also boring at the same time. But again, this show is kind of supposed to be predictable, just like shoujo.
Overall it was a fun and enderearing experience for me, and definitely contributed to my journey on expanding my horizons in dramaland.
