I think there's the 4th version. Personally, I like Wang Yilei and Yang Han's version better than this. This drama just okay, but there are too many yelling and screaming. WYL and YH's version are much quieter and have kinda introverted-like characters. While, Meng Na's version is the worst.
《注定入怀》- "Destined to Embrace" / “Destined to be in my arms”ML: Huai Wen (淮文) plays…
There are 3 versions already. This is the first one. Have you watched the 2nd version? i heard ML is Gu Minghan. Please drop the links if you found it, thank you
Out of the 3 versions I watchee, this version is the first version I watched. Peng Yao is such an innocent girl here. ML is quite hateful since he made FL blacklisted in art world
Watching this drama made me forget that Liang Siwei is actually 2 years older than Meng Na. I think, Meng Na is indeed suit older, matured, and cold roles, while Liang Siwei is more suitable to play golden retriever, warm vibes young male character.
When I first read the novel 2 years ago, I also had mixed feelings. Some of it has illogical parts, but I ignored it anyway. The drama adaptation is somewhat good, but there are illogical parts too, since it quite closely follows the original novel. I'm still watching episode 21, I think I'm gonna lower my expectations.
Looking at this drama adaptation, I'll have to prepare myself mentally to not crush the images of He Yan and Xiao Jue I had when I read the original novel. Zhou Ye as He Yan, I think it's good. But for Cheng Lei as Xiao Jue, it's quite different.
I've finished reading the novel 2 years ago and I should say that the story is very slow-burn romance. But this is also Qian Shan Cha Ke's novel with most positive-thinking FL. I'm gonna wait for the drama to be finished airing before I watch it
This drama still holds the 1st place in the Taiwanese drama world. The legal aspect, I love it, especially considering that even none Kdramas at that time (2009/2010) created so perfectly. I was in middle school when I watched this, and I'm not a Mandarin speaker, so of course I used English subtitle. Now that I picked up upper intermediate Chinese, I can watch this drama without using English subtitle. I just watched the BTS, and realized that Vanness Wu's Chinese at that time was that bad. He showed us the script, where he highlighted all the words he knows and put pinyin for Chinese words he doesn't know how to pronounce. But I understand all his dialogues. Time flies, and I gave big applause to Vanness Wu. It's a great challenge to portray as a male lead with dialogues full in Chinese, in addition with legal terms in Chinese too
This man I first knew him in Fabulous Boys, since his role is quite critical. Then I noticed him in Autumn's Concerto as Xiao Le's bully's father. Tbh, I watched numerous times until I finally I noticed that his face looks familiar. I was surprised to see that many dramas I've watched has him in it! I watched My Lucky Star, Fated to Love You, and Mr Bodyguard (among all, this is terribly bad that I even already completely forget about the story). I just finished Bromance tonight and wow, I saw him and decided to comment here
I've watched 3 versions of this story, and this is the best one! The drama is one of my top list. I've rewatched this numerous times. The ML is too green tea. ML and FL are beautiful. Their wardrobe are good too!
