Hey! To explain briefly, the story is a fictional storyline created by BigHit (now HYBE) that runs through BTS's music videos, short films, concert VCRs, webtoon, mobile game, books, etc. (these contents are marked as 'BU content').
BTS members are not directly involved in the story, but rather their characters that they portray in the music videos (those marked with 'BU'; not all) and other media.

There are couple of good videos available on YouTube to understand the whole BTS Universe (BU) story.

Every family drama starts off great, but then it starts to go downhill (like 'Live Your Own Life'). So, it's better to watch 'Once Again' first and then come back later to see if it's still good or not. By the way, 'Once Again' is a great family drama, the best in my opinion.

Unfortunately, there is currently no legal source to watch this show in India. However, if you can wait about a week, KBS will start uploading this drama on their YouTube channel, and you can watch it then.

It's not a family drama if one of the leads isn't revealed to be adopted. Still, it's better that they revealed this early on.

For three women's relations: One is the mother of our male lead. The grandma is the mother-in-law of the ML's mother, making her the paternal grandma. The other is the male lead's aunt, the daughter of the grandma (and the mother's sister-in-law). The grandpa is the father of the ML's mother, making him the maternal grandpa. (So, the grandma and grandpa are in-laws.)
