@KMR I agree with you. I mean .. Common.. you can tell the maid and not your on wife.. This is madness!!
Exactly my point. He didn’t trust her and said he loved her.. plus he literally put her through so many bad situations. Had I been Pat, I would have left him and found someone better
I feel so bad for Looney. And though I know he was tricked, at that moment, he had a choice. He struggled so hard to go sober for all those months. To hold on to his lover who was waiting for him. After all that they went through, to give in at the last moment, why? LOONEY, why? You were so close.
I love the love relationships here. Ji Ho understood Jae Hyuk better than he did. Looney’s lover knew that the only way to cure him was to break him once. He visited him so often. Even though he might have seemed indifferent, I think he loved Looney way more than Looney did. He was the one to make the first move. He had to be strong to pull him along. And I get that falling into drugs once was a mistake. But the second time, it was a choice. He chose the drugs over his lover. Looney made a choice. A bad one.
Even if there is a season 2, I don’t think Looney can get a happy ending. If he gets sober again, once he gets out, he might make the same choice again. The way he finally gave in to the drugs and sighed in the police van says it. His lover also has a limit. He can only wait once and forgive once, which he did. I don’t think he should or would trust Looney again. I know it sucked and was bad, but I guess it was a closure for Looney’s story. Because he chose the drugs.
I usually watch Rom-Coms. But there are some dramas like this which are too extraordinary to miss. With each character, there were so many lessons to learn. Hope - the one string that binds all the broken pieces of a person. Friendship - some bloom in the most unexpected places, and have your back. Love - that knows you better than you know yourself. Addiction - that destroys the sanest of the sane, and once you give in, there is no going back.
Can someone tell me what was the last scene we see Han Yang? It was the past or he did it again?
The last scene is where the druggie reaches out to him again in the car. It pisses me off so much. He could have walked away to his lover. After all that they went through, why did he take the drugs again!
Ahaha yes yes if you wanna watch it while it's hot ;) if you know what I mean B)
It was actually a movie called Airplane “I take it black, like my men “ .. and it became a trend.. though I like my coffee sweet with milk, but I like my men to be the opposite. I guess that makes me a masochist! ^_^
That’s the thing about pain. It demands to be felt.
This has been a roller coster ride. I could not a hate a single character. I felt bad for each one of them, even the mom and the director. Every body was suffering, and at the same time battling their own demons. I loved how there were no cliches- like parents making up or Joo won and Yoo Jin getting back together. Because sometimes you cannot mend what’s broken because the cracks will always be visible. I thought there would be two additional storylines. Like the assistant being responsible for the writer’s accident. I got a feeling that it was the case but it wasn’t shown explicitly (I hope I didn’t miss it). Also I thought Kang Doo would push Moon So away because he’d feel he has got Sung Jae’s fate (that was before I knew how SJ died). But overall I loved the drama. I don’t think I can rewatch it, since it is too overwhelming. Also, after all the pain that they had to go through, I wish I got more detailed happy ending. One second Moon So is pushing him away and then he falls sick, and it’s alright (Good thing they skipped the drama cliche of Kang do pushing her away because he was sick). It was an emotional ride. There is so much pain out in the world. We should be thankful if we were able to get through the day without it.
Do not expect too much from the male lead~ he tries~ actually he doesn't even try. But still~ it's alright.…
I haven’t started the show yet, but your comment got me - he tries.. actually he doesn’t even try .. hahahaha .. i might watch it just to solve the mystery of your comment
What’s with chinese shows and subs!

(Why writer? Why?? )
One man’s crazy is another man’s kink
That’s revenge for JCW. Keep thinking about it.
