I strongly disliked Nuea's arrogance . Just cause you have your daddy's money doesn't mean you should be a d!ck about it, lol- BUT! Can we talk about them heels! The heels are such a great touch! Whoever styled him has a nice sense of fashion. I loved that Max wasn't a bully here, but i wasn't the biggest fan of the way Nuea confessed xD In conclusion episodes 3 and 4 weren't as cringe, it was super cute actually. ^^
I just started watching this, and oh my god! The amount of cringe i felt as a martial artist in the first episode was so visceral, it took me almost two hours to finish it. >.< In any normal setting you would definitely not accept someone aggressive and undisciplined as Ake in a club, no matter what it was - be it boxing, karate, taekwondo etc. Tue is hot tho, he's the only reason i even finished the first episode. I hope if it doesn't get better, it'll at least be more bearable/less cringe galore.

Finished watching it, and I'm still uncomfortable with nude shirtless transitions, the amount of cutting, and kinda unnatural dialogues. xD
-Prab was HELLA annoying throughout the series, butting in on Chol with his friends, butting in on his internship with the famous photographer, butting in when Tri tried flirting with Chol, stalking him on the congratulatory date with Tri....just being a controlling annoying presence. Leading Nick on from day one...In every scene with Chol, Prab is in the background eavesdropping. He's treating Chol like he's a kid, let him breathe ffs. He's lucky he was cute in the last episode. XD Aside from Prab being one of the most annoying characters I've ever seen, Folk was the one that stood out the most with acting. Tri as well. They seemed the most natural.
-Chol literally slow-blinked and buffered before any sort of response, like dude c'mon we ain't got all day. xD He was feisty only with the snob teachers when he was standing up for himself and for Maping. I loved that. I was rooting for Chol to end up with Tri/Frog prince, he was so gentle and cute when they were texting. He even secretly got him that creme when he sprained his ankle :3
- Tri was so cool, he didn't say much, but when he did speak: nothing but facts. xd Maping was soo supportive, even when dealing with his own problems <3 Twins were fun too! Not a super popular opinion but i hope to see more of Mab/Tri/Mob in season 2 :D
-Q and Long were super adorable and wholesome waaah , i hope to see more of their relationship in s2 as well. ^^
-Khun and Kaow were so-so? Only cute moment was Kaow asking Khun to be his boyfriend with that cake.
-Mhok falling in love with Maping was kinda eh, not something he could control, but not really necessary imho ? He didn't do anything wrong, unprofessional or bad (didn't act on his feelings, kept it a puppy love) so i don't think he deserved all that backlash. James + the pricks who followed them and caused all that drama need to be expelled, or some legal action taken against them. Pon is also a lousy friend, he should've had his back when people were yelling and gossiping, but he chose the easy way out. -Maping was too childish for requesting that James shouldn't be punished. That's just begging for another scandal and more bullying. Ugh, I would never shake his hand, or look in his direction again lol
-I don't condone violence , but holy shit did the council of selfish pricks called female "teachers" deserve a bitch slap across the face. With a chair. Fvck you, and your school. You can't force students to do what you want by forging their papers, yet still being on a high horse and talking about school reputation, ugh
Yet, somehow the series was watchable and i enjoyed it??? xD

This season feels really incomplete. :< This left me with more questions than answers. Don't get me wrong, acting was amazing and i still love the series. Maybe I'm just stupid and I'm not understanding something correctly???
Why was Alpha hacked, what purpose did it serve for the story? Why wasn't it resolved who hired the girl to leak the alpha program? Was it random, was it Shu Yi's dad?
Why was the blond girl never addressed? Why was Gao Shi De's mom sick and how is it connected to the story? Why didn't Gao Shi De reply to Shu Yi's emails (that has nothing to do with changing your number) ? How did Pei know what's wrong with Yu Zhen Xuan if he's a doctor and not a psychologist? Why was Yu Zhen Xuan in the highschool infirmary so often? What happened between them that caused Yu Zhen to run after Pei for 12 years (apart from the 'you're the first one to ___')
Gao Shi De and Shu Yi i feel still have an unfinished story. It was super choppy imo. "I despise you, i hate you, i wanna make your life living hell, oh nvm i love you." Did Shu Yi's father accept their love?

I love the fact that they do end up together , both in the book and in the series. I loved the fact that they did part ways for a while- both of them needed time. The cliff scene and the kiss, just felt really rushed. They could have cut short some other scenes and made the romantic lines, and meeting after two years a bit more, i dunno, special? It feels like "oh shi*, this is the last episode, better cram that kiss in the last minute".
I'm not hating on the series, it was amazing, a beautiful slow burn not focused only on love, but on a whole spectrum of issues and personal growth. Maybe i'm nitpicking at this moment, maybe i miss them and i wanted more? xd Dunno, but it was beautiful nonetheless.

If that is the case, i completely agree with that. Time and space are needed for healing and growth. As much as Tian had to grow and get to know himself, Phupha also needed time to grow and come with terms that he loves Tian and wants him to stay in the village.
I love the fact that they ended up together, i just don't like the execution of the kiss. It felt like "oh no, we are running out of time on our last episode, better cram that kiss in" kinda. As i said, imo they could have made that scene a bit longer, calmer, something. I'm not hating on the series, the acting, story, production was amazing- the cliff scene just felt rushed.
As much as i was frustrated with some parts of the movie, it was pretty much realistic. I know people irl who have done exactly as Xavier and Mico, the guessing game, the waiting, the leading on, the questioning etc, and still ended up together in the end.
Series was also better than the movie imo, not acting-wise but drama/story wise.
Unpopular opinion, but i feel like the kiss on the cliff was just crammed in the last episode. It would have been an amazing adventure, self-discovery and love story if the series ended with them saying their goodbyes and parting ways. Some of the scenes in last episode felt unnecessarily long too, imo. They could've made a special episode where we see Phupha reading all of Tians letters, remembering their cute adventures, picking himself up, etc, and then they reunite, sweet talk and kiss at the cliff?? Just my opinion tho, and the ending doesn't take away from amazingness (yes, it's a word now xd) of the series.

All jokes aside, this was a great watch. I laughed like a madman throughout, and the flowers showing around protagonists made me ugly laugh. It also made me really happy that i understood most of it without relying too much on subs, so yay :D
