One drama that i actually really enjoy but i really want this to end, just because the over repetitive plot of things going wrong over and over and over again paired with the over acting of the bad guy.......
First of all, I see many people confusing the terms psychopath and sociopath. Even I get confused sometimes.
But one thing I know is that a sociopath isn't as calculating and reacts more to provocation than a psychopath, so keep that in mind when you think A Jin isn't very calculating in her decisions and plans.
Another thing is that from the first episode it's possible to notice that A Jin isn't an anti-hero, nor are we supposed to sympathize with or justify her actions.
If you happen to do so, you have the right to, since everyone makes their own interpretations of the plot and characters.
But what I wanted to talk about is the fact that I've seen several completely misogynistic comments on Twitter/TikTok, on the same platforms that make edits of male characters who are the biggest pieces of trash in existence, but because they're attractive men everyone drools over them. But when it's an extremely beautiful woman behaving the same way, I and many other people can spot the double standards.
As I said before, everyone has their own interpretation, but mine is very clear. FL isn't a good person, but for once in my life I LIKE seeing a character like her to get away from the same old clichés.
Amazing drama. Recommend. The last scenes were connected to other drama "Moving" so if you didnt watch you will…
The girl at the end who says she can't get hurt is one of the main characters in "moving" In this universe some people have powers that are genetically passed down and she is one of those people. The unemployed boy only appeared for a few seconds in "Moving" so I don't know much about him, i only know that he can stop time.
Now... if I remember correctly "Moving" also had a man with those kind of eyes, was he a guardian? I really want to know more about this.
Let's hope the new season of "Moving" can answer the questions we all want.
I've been in a vibe of watching Donghuas lately and i decided to watch this one and LOVED IT, and the day after i finished this i discovered that its going to be a drama because TikTok showed me a video of behind the scenes.
Kdrama writers its okay to have an hour of sweet moments, you dont need to have last minute drama just to fill space. This would make us viewers happier and you would have positive reviews from it. Its was an amazing drama, but a sloppy ending.
About the current discussion.... Am i Surprised? NO, since its not the first and will not be the last time writers make STUPID, racist, xenophobic content.
Am i disappointed? Yes
The last thing i can say is that i hope that the people involved in this learn from the reactions.
----------------------- Anyway Ep 1-11 (9) Amazing story/ acting Ep 12 (6) Unnecessary drama just to fill space, that could be used to show happy moments from the leads and the second couple.
Even though i was expecting for that plot twist, i was hopping i was wrong.I would prefer if she was indeed deaf
Because in my opinion that takes away part of the message of the movie. How many times do we see actual deaf/mute/blind or any type of other disabilities as the love interest? Most of the times they are magically healed/cured thanks to the kdrama magic, that doesnt happen in real life. In this case i just wished it was a movie made for proper representation.
Its not that i didn't see the plot twist coming, but just hoped for a different approach thats all.
Sad that it ended, trully need another season. Not a big fan how they made Wu challenges be to always follow Tang San and help...She was the second strongest in the group and now they made her a "side kick". I love how they are truly soulmates dont get me wrong but i wish her journey was more focused on her.
Now im watching the animated version and im at the stage that Wu became a bunny, so im almost caught up and i'm really excited to see whats next !
So i decided to take a break from this dama after Xiao Wu....you know... and decided to watch the animated version without even seeing the amount o episodes it has, and honestly i dont even care cuz it is really good knowing those details they talk on this drama, but dont show them! I've been watching this back to back to back and i cant get enough!
But the question is Xiao Wu back from the....you know or its still the same? I want to binge these few episodes i left behind when everything is resolved.
Another thing they truly nailed the casting for the FL, the animated version has moments when her face looks exactly like the actress, also i see some resemblances from Zhu Qing from the animated version with Cheng Xiao
It had an amazing start, but then the focus shifted and i was okay with that but i think the end was rushed! The ex husband and "friend" never got the karma and that poor man is still with a cheater that was probably pregnant from another man!
