my guess is that its because she is a really popular actress. She is main character in a few popular dramas like My Amazing Boyfriend. Since it is a popular drama i guess she gets the majority of votes from dramas like that. I have seen one of her dramas and she basically plays herself.
This is literally an exact replica of age of youth lol they could've made it slightly different, most scenes are exactly the same and even some lines they say are too. I will continue watching since Age of Youth is one of my favourite kdramas, but I feel like I'm just rewatching the korean version
