you don't happen to know which stations, or where I can find the schedule? I have one channel which intermittently shows NHK broadcasts but the cable service I have never actually shows the correct information, so I never know what's on :S

I know there are always comments saying this on every drama, but I *really* don't understand why the rating is so low - yes, the puppet is a bit ridiculous at first, but the story could not be sweeter or more engaging, and Kusakari's acting as Kanda-san is fantastic, bringing such relatable vulnerability and simple joy to the role. Hopefully when the series is finished more people will post positive thoughts and reviews, I don't want this happymaking show to be lost among countless others or ignored because people think it isn't worth watching :S

It is honestly the highlight of my week, instant much needed serotonin :)

yeah, I also wish they had gone into Hikaru's innate sense of reading the board, why he's so skilled at speed and blind Go, and explained the games in more depth to show *why* his moves can be so devastating. I loved that they spent so much time on character interaction, but important moments like his match against Su-Yong lost their impact by glossing over them so quickly. But still! Such a fantastic show :)

I rewatch the anime every few years, it's one of my favourite comfort shows and I still cry every time. I love HikaGo with all my heart, please do watch it! :)

hahaha really? Tsuki no curse is still one of my favourite songs, I love Kajiura Yuki's work. I was mildly interested in watching this but now I *have* to give it a try, thanks for the info :D

haha that's how I know a lot of people feel, I wish I could say I was one of them! The strong feelings do make me want to retry again though - I just picked up another series I had dropped quickly and am now loving it, so maybe it'll be the same here :)

I just looked for this on netflix (US) yesterday and nothing came up, not in upcoming shows or even spelling it out in the search box, has it been delayed or removed recently? Or under a different name?
