i watched the korean ones and now chinese version. korean gave their celebrities trainings before they starts the show. so their hiccups more with their interaction with the customers. meanwhile chinese usually some of them are veteran in previous seasons. some of them are newbies. which is it's okay. because in real life, not every companies gave us basic training to do our jobs. they just throw us to do stuffs and gave us scoldings if we made mistakes. we call it learning by doing.

this kind of show isn't really weird. those shows that you mentioned are just celebrities playing games. more like game shows. sometimes the games will be hard to understand if you don't understand the laungage. meanwhile diva hits the world, the inn and chinese restaurant are the kind of shows where celebrities trying to do the jobs of regular people so we can see their struggles. which is relatable for people who already had jobs in their lives or trying to make their own business.

nobody knows. they will announce it close to its airing dates. those who said they know, it's usually a rumor. they can cancel the air date or postpone it until next year. platforms usually announce it a week or days before the air date.
