I can't remember well but anyway it deserves too and the ending was super happy . You can say continuation but in other era or world. She forgot him but he remember everything but still will fall for him again and also she will remember at the end I think

s1 have happy ending but incompleted that mean u can stop till it but u will have some remained Q in ur head. s2 also the same have super happy ending but the main story of the time travel not completed too but u can stop there. So every season have its HE but still the 3 seasons are linked with their memories or may reincarnation and time travel theme which still they didn't explain few things about it. Anyway the 2 seasons are sooo beautiful and we trust the 3rd one will be too.
