the drama ends very soon and I just want to say that I liked our community from the beginning even tho I hopped on this train a bit later than the rest of you. I'll miss discussing the new episodes and I'm forever grateful we had ZLH and TXW as our leads 😇 I was disappointed in the past by book adaptions and even tho this has some small flaws I'm still loving it as I did at the beginning.
I don’t know about y’all, but even with all the criticism around the second half, I’m still enjoying this…
same here! people are overly critical... I'm not saying that some episodes couldn't have been better but it's still pretty faithful to the novel 🥹 despite some changes.
I'm grateful we could see our generals on the screen 🫶🏻
It is still a treat to watch, I would say - not sure why so low ratings are being given... The 2nd couple confession…
I'd understand 8.5 even tho I think 9 is the accurate rating for me, but 6??? they don't care about the director's work, ost's, clothes... the side characters amazing performance.
He's such a liar 🙄 he didn't wait at all! When they parted, Xie Zheng, slightly out of breath, said to her,…
wow my memory is so poor I guess I was focusing too much on the politics since I had problems of understanding it that I didn't care much about SYQ. I'm glad you told me! I'll have to reread the entire novel again, haha.

It was! And I'm so mad about that because who cares about a character who wasn't even in the novel? but it seems she's the one who will give Changyu the tiger tally
When they parted, Xie Zheng, slightly out of breath, said to her, “I want you to stay too, but my Ayu will become the Marchioness of the Marquis’s mansion in the future and will command three armies. I must follow the proper betrothal customs and marry you properly to not dishonor you.”
