Nice to watch if you’re bored, but not worth your full attention.

If you have some free time and nothing much to watch, you can try this drama little by little — maybe an episode at a time to pass your leisure moments.

When this drama was airing, everyone was talking about it — friends, social media, and K-drama fans everywhere. My friends kept asking, “Haven’t you watched it yet? It’s so beautiful! Everyone’s watching it!” They were so excited about it that I heard about it again and again. At that time, I was already watching two other dramas, so I told them, “Okay, okay, I’ll watch it later.”

As a big K-drama fan myself, surprisingly, I didn’t rush to start it. But after a few days, I gave it a try. The first three episodes were quite good — I even watched them all in one day. King Lee Heon and Ji-yeong’s characters were fun to watch. But after that, my interest slowly faded. It didn’t feel important or engaging anymore, though I decided I’d finish it someday.

Almost one and a half months later, I finally finished it — along with two or three other dramas. Honestly, it wasn’t as amazing as people said. It felt more like a cooking show than a story-driven drama. At last two episodes 10 and 11, I just let it play on my phone while doing house chores. And 12th episode finished it by watching 1.75× speed! It wasn’t boring, but it wasn’t something I was excited about either.

The only part I really liked was when Ji-yeong returned to the future and learned the story behind the book — that was interesting. But overall, most of it focused on cooking recipes rather than an emotional storyline.

Talking about the actors — Lee Chae Min did a great job, and Yoona was as solid as always in her rom-com roles. There wasn’t anything particularly special about the plot, but one good outcome is that this drama helped Lee Chae Min shine more as a rising rookie actor.

In the story, King Lee Heon falls in love with Ji-yeong because she reminds him of his mother — especially through her cooking, which brings back memories of the mother he deeply missed. But honestly, there wasn’t much reason that Ji-yeong to fall for the king herself, and the chemistry between them didn’t really stand out. It felt more like the king was just spending time with one of his court ladies or soon to be Queen like lady that chosen by the Queen mother.

As for the OST, it was okay — nice songs, but nothing memorable. I believe a good soundtrack shines when it connects deeply with the story and emotions of the moment, and that didn’t quite happen here.

Overall, if you’re looking for a meaningful K-drama to get hooked on or to lift your mood — this might not be the one. “Bon Appétit, Your Majesty” is visually beautiful and trendy, but the story simply isn’t strong enough.

Still, credit where it’s due — Yoona and Lee Chae Min both performed well. The main problem lies in the weak script, not the acting.

Finally found the drama I was searching for… a true gem ??‍♂️

When I first saw the preview of this drama, I hesitated for days — should I watch it or not? But the moment I watched the first episode, there was no going back. I ended up finishing the whole drama in one go.

From the very first episode, it never felt boring for even a second. The characters — the psychopath Ki Ka Young and Genie Iblis — were just perfect. Their personalities, chemistry, and growth made the story so addictive. The plot itself beautifully showed how people can be selfish inside and think only about themselves — but some moment was heartfelt especially when youtuber made his last wish for her wife.

As a fan of fantasy and rom-com dramas, this was exactly what I had been searching for.

About the ending — honestly, it wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t bad either. When a drama ends tragically, we blame the writer for making us cry. But when they make a miracle and let both characters live, we still blame them for making it unbelievable 😅 What a joke, right? Personally, I’m just happy they got to live again — my head and heart felt so at peace after that.

And the acting… absolutely amazing. Suzy and Kim Woo Bin were outstanding, and the chemistry between them — whether they were fighting or being romantic — was at its peak as always. The supporting cast also did an incredible job.

I don’t remember much of the OST in detail, but every track blended perfectly with the story. Nothing ever felt out of place. And honestly, these two made me smile so much throughout the show 🥹❤️

If you haven’t watched it yet, please do. There are only a few dramas that I never regret spending my time on — and this is one of them. I rarely rewatch K-dramas, maybe just two or three in total, but if I could erase my memory and experience this one again, I absolutely would. It’s definitely worth rewatching.

Overall, Genie, Make a Wish is the drama I’ve been looking for — one I could finish in a single night without any boredom.

Some K-dramas just hit different 😭💫
Started with “just one episode”… ended up finishing Genie, Make a Wish in a day 😩❤️
The story, emotions, and chemistry — everything was just too good!
Now this is what real addiction looks like 😭✨

One of the best rom com drama ever.

I watched Another Miss Oh about two years ago and gave it an 8.5/10. Back then, I was so obsessed with the OST that I listened to it for months. A couple of days ago, I saw two reels from the drama on my feed, and suddenly the urge to rewatch hit me. So I started it again—and just 10 minutes ago, I finished it for the second time.

When I checked my old rating, I honestly wondered why I rated it so low… because this time, it felt even more perfect.

From the very beginning, the story is beautifully structured—an engaging start, meaningful meetings, a strong emotional bond, conflict that genuinely hurts, and a truly satisfying, perfect ending. Even the number of episodes felt just right. I watched every episode without a single moment of boredom.

The cast? Amazing. Two years ago, I remember starting to watch all the main leads’ other dramas because their acting impressed me so much. And rewatching it now, that feeling hasn’t changed. Not just the leads—every character shines, from Do Kyung’s family to Hae Young’s family and their colleagues.

The music was just as perfect as I remembered. I loved every OST then, and I’m definitely going to start listening to them again now.

Rewatch value: No question—I’m literally writing this after finishing it for the second time.

Overall: You simply cannot miss this drama. If you love rom-coms, you must watch Another Miss Oh at least once in your lifetime.

Watching this drama had me constantly thinking, This is just a drama, my friend. ?

At first, the story had a really good start, and I honestly thought, “Oh, this is going to be beautiful.”
But in the middle, some scenes made me realize that this drama was actually quite funny—not in the way it was supposed to be. As it moved toward the ending, it became funnier and funnier, with so many twists that I ended up laughing and thinking, “What nonsense is this?” 😂😂😂
I feel like by the end, the writer got completely twisted 🥲🥲🥲. Sorry to say this, but the last two episodes were not that good. Even the other episodes had at least something good in them.
I watched this drama while doing house chores because I didn’t feel like it deserved my full attention.
Talking about the acting, I like Ahn Eun-jin ever since My Dearest, and all the actors did a good job.
As for the music, some tracks were good, but some were not that impressive. A few even felt like I had heard something similar before—maybe it’s just my thought.
Overall, it’s good… but not that good. The last episode especially made me think, “What kind of nonsense is this?” 🤔🤔🤔🤨
If they had avoided so many twists, it could have been much better.
I don’t think I need to watch this again. I would probably refuse to watch it if someone recommended it to me. Still, I’ll give it a little rewatch value, because others might feel differently.

A Beautiful Journey of healing, heartfelt moments and filled my heart every minute

A Beautiful Journey of healing, heartfelt moments, and the best bromance and filled my heart every minute.
I started watching Ghost Doctor without much planning, just casually. But episode by episode, the drama drew me in more and more.

Cha Young-min — I’m not a huge fan of Rain, but every time I watch him in a drama, I can’t help but be captivated by his acting. And Ko Seung-tak — I had almost forgotten about Kim Bum since I hadn’t seen him in a drama for a while, but this role made me fall for him all over again. His cute, lively acting was so lovable and eye-catching. The other actors also did a wonderful job and added so much depth to the story.

As for the story itself — even though it’s a fantasy, it felt incredibly real. At no moment did it feel unbelievable; instead, I often thought, this could actually happen in real life, hidden from what we see.

And the OSTs — absolutely beautiful. The moment “I can fly awayyy” part of the song played, my heart raced and danced with excitement. The other songs were equally moving and matched the story perfectly.

Overall, I truly loved this drama. It was heartfelt, meaningful, and unforgettable.
