Confused and disappointed
Kakafukaka had an interesting setup but honestly... it just didn’t work for me. the story felt so dragged out and awkward, and not in a cute or meaningful way — just frustrating.
The characters kept going in circles, and the “romance” didn’t feel romantic at all, just messy and uncomfortable. There were moments where I thought it could get better, but it never really went anywhere.
Visually it was okay and the actors tried their best, but the writing didn’t give them much to work with.
Unless you’re really curious or love slow awkward dramas with no real payoff, you’re not missing much.
