First 8 Episodes: 10/10 9-14: 8/10 15-16: 6/10 Last 10-15 Minutes of the last episode: 2/10 ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!
This Drama left me with more questions than answers. Why introduce certain characters/places if you don't plan explain? For example: Secret lab, underground lab, what were the inmates doing under the fish ponds, Chairman Yang's son, etc.
Any why build up the villain only to end the drama this way? PCH is supposed to be a good guy, not a murderer.
And by the way, cancer is no way a bullet. You don't just get it and die on the spot.
I'm honestly torn on starting this or not. I was so impressed by the og so I don't think I'll enjoy any remake…
Don't waste time. I started, and the only reason why I finished it was because I wanted to really try, really hard, to give it a fair chance, but I regret. I lost my countless hours that I wished I've used it elsewhere.
After finishing this Korean version, my conclusion is:- - If you haven't watched the original, this can be alright. - But if you've watched the original, this Korean version if rubbish. The most important character of the whole series, The Professor, is very unconvincing. - it's a very bad timing for a remake, especially only after such a short period after the original is released. If you want to release a remake, you better add value to it, but it failed to achieve. - I feel that, with Netflix losing so much money lately, they're trying to do all they can to milk the cash cow of the Money Heist name. This version of Netflix actually got me so pissed off, I might actually want to terminate the membership. Not that this series made me want to do it, but I've been wanting to do it, as there hasn't been much good quality releases lately. I've just stopped by recurring billing, so I have another 1 week left before my account expires. For Korean dramas, VIU is a lot cheaper, and better, with more varieties of latest K and C Dramas.
I'm very disappointed with this Money Heist. I can understand, if you haven't watched the original, this can be alright. But the original Money Heist was just ... simply way too perfect, and makes this Korean version look really bad.
How I wish they did the grandfather's plot some justice. It ended prematurely. Last 4 episodes too draggy, could have tried to develop the grandpa a little more to give us a proper closure.

I want a refund on my time wasted.

Last 4 = too draggy, and boring. Sigh
Not sure how accurate are the acupuncture scenes, but the plot itself, is top notch.
