I am watching this drama because it has high 8.5 rating. everyone in the drama seems to be crying, but I can't feel the sadness. I'm 12 episodes in and I did not shed a single drop of tear. I'm not feeling it. am I missing something?

suddenly know how to drive? knows where to go? even with gps, knows how to navigate?

doesn't have to be a happy ending to be a good drama
better to make it more realistic, the FL dying but they reconcile their indifferences and spend a happy remaining time together

it's confusing as hell, and the ending makes no sense

only reason why I watched this was coz I understood Cantonese. I enjoyed the Korean version with subtitles, but this is bad, the dialogue and acting is terrible

like most K dramas, ending is boring

you could, but you'd enjoy season 1 first, you'll understand why Dr Kim is who he is and why he is
2nd season explains how and why the trauma center came in the picture

and Jin Star loves to run her mouth

ML and FL are being surrounded by toxic people
