it’s a rumour. Rumour that Yoona and KSH dated briefly in 2011. He pursued her but the relationship did not last long and apparently she broke up with him for his weird personality and called him a psycho to reporters.
However, this is just a rumour and many yoona fans along with me don’t believe it. Yoona is a very private person and her only confirmed boyfriend was Lee seungi in 2013. I find it unlikely that she would randomly spill that information about her “ex” to the media, knowing it can damage her reputation and cause a scandal. there’s no genuine media, article or clip of her saying this.
