On Closer to You Season 2 Jul 1, 2024
Finished it. Ending is a cliffy. Female villain actress did not match the role. This season's FL is even better than S1 in my opinion. Loved the romance between the couples. Overall light and sweet and better than S1.

Title Closer to You Season 2 Spoiler
Can someone explain the ending to me? I’m sooo confused!
Weird ending. They wanted a 3rd season but it seems it will not materialize.

Seems it was all a dream? I did not like how they played out the hit and run incident. It was weird how her dad just watched her cross the street (like an innocent lovely scene) knowing it's how she will die. Kinda made me think for a sec that he set it up that way? Very confusing. It was like a predestined event where all the characters met to make it happen. How the f**k did the villain bitch knew she will be there? Why was the dad happily greeting her daughter instead of shouting his head off to tell Han Fei to stay put instead letting her cross the street while he was even happily waiting for her smiling. Then he looked so surprised when she was hit, like he forgot everything he planned to prevent it from happening. Did I miss something?! Well, if it's just a dream, then I can take it.

Or since nothing eventful will happen in that parallel world (they will live happily ever after) so she was brought back to her own world where Jinghao is about to wakeup. Pity really we won't get to see what happens after.

Wu Yi Yi having a crush on Zhang Fan is the most unrealistic thing i've seen in a show ever. Why would she see…
Surprised to see this comment but I totally agree. In the kdrama version there wasn't much story between the two or even individually so it was acceptable. Plus the actor in the kdrama is not as ugly as on this one 😅

Love her! Great natural looking visuals. Expressive and lovable face plus convincing acting. She's destined to be on top. Would love to see more of her..
