I don't support questionable actions at all, but what I witness is huge hypocrisy instead. With these repetitive situations it becomes apparent that there may be people stepping on others just because they can... Pharisee like: quick to point your finger, but painfully chastised when openly confronted of your own actions and daring you to throw a rock. Falsehood or facts, the damage is done and those who caused it affected not just an individual, but a whole working team; and that's sad. Therefore, I take everything I see or read with a grain of salt. Media is a scary thing. It can destroy an innocent person, or it can save someone's reputation by miracle. But we've all made things we are proud of, or things that we regretted in the long run. The difference for us is that it doesn't appear on the papers or goes online for the anyone to see. Do I know what really happened? Nope. Could it be malicious rumours? Yeah, sure. They waited for a drama he leads to drop the bomb. It wouldn't be the first time someone is slandered. Could it be the truth instead? Yeah, I guess so. The person really was or still could be an arse. Is it OK to solve it like that? It harms a group of people, and that's a burden the ones involved will have to live with...very publicly. Personally I'll say that I've had everything in my hands to crush someone that caused me harm or pain, but I just walked away and moved forward. With this I'm not saying that it isn't valid for an affected party to make a claim. They're free to do it, cases are not all the same all the time. ------- As for RWTMR I'm still enjoying these last episodes. Hopefully, everything will become clearer as the plot goes on.
I just learnt to enjoy the ride with patience watching different k-dramas. It was challenging at the beginning though. Comments do not dampen my interest now, because I prefer to have an opinion first hand and give it a try. Knowing the tale does make you wonder of what route this will take. Are they staying close to what we know or are they going way off that path? (I wouldn't mind it if they did create an AU of sorts) For instance Go Geon gives the feeling of a trump card and I can't just figure out what he'll do next. Who will he stab as the plot goes on? I just feel that with On Dal this is more complex to achieve, because of the expectations you could have in this character...I can't help but wonder what will make him really snap and make others look at the guy as if meeting him for the first time. People do change sometimes. As for the early reveal, let's see how they justify it and how the keep the pace of the story.
I enjoyed watching the show. There were some minor plot holes and all... Yet, I can't believe the ending. I was a bit disappointed. I guess I'm holding the leads' previous works and I ended expecting something else.
He's got some pretty cool roles. I didn't realise I had seen him in Faith, Pinocchio and While You Were Sleeping. I had no idea he was there. Anyway, I took notice of his work as Moohyul in SFD. That was a stunning role and it was my fav character on that show. As for Rebel, it took me time to get there as I had seen another Hong Gil Dong drama before, but I enjoyed watching it too. Mysterious Oh Il Seung was also quite the feat to watch. Then I was able to watch CWPFN and fell in love with it! Last but not least, Mr Temporary/Class of Lies could be summarised in one word: daebak! I hope he gets to play something between the Healer/K2 vibe in the future and more rom coms where he's the lead.
Alright before anything else: the romance in the show is freaking adorable. It's BECAUSE it's so heartwarming…
I loved the show too, I get what you mean, but I'm already used to all that over the top drama that frustrates you. The chemistry was off the charts in my opinion. I didn't even noticed the age difference. There was no reason to do so, they were both pros.
I loved watching the show, in fact I watched it with my mom and she has the same opinion, we both nearly died laughing with this one. I'm so glad I didn't pay attention to unreasonable reviews. No production is flawless, but I overlooked those and enjoyed the chemistry between the leads. I found quite outlandish comments on this cute rom com, perhaps it wasn't their cup of tea... On the other hand, the dissatisfaction on a guy's normal weight was pretty absurd to be honest. I don't really understand the trivial insistence of an unrealistic ideal image when the real world isn't like that. Age difference and different heights are not extraordinary differences, they're common everywhere on this planet. I know couples with age and height difference so I was not alarmed or taken by surprise. Both actors are adults and worked like pros. Thumbs up to them.
puppy!!! i just adored him so much after watching Pinocchio. Too bad Doctors and Six Flying Dragons weren't…
Moo Hyul was my favourite one in Six Flying Dragons. His fighting scenes were impressive. I agree that SFD is intense, but Rebel you should give it a try!
