Confusion as to why Taesung still know Sol: (A theory)

She did the exact same thing she did back in her previous time slips.

Sol still wants Taesung to graduate.
Sol still wants Hyunju to marry Im Geum.
Sol still wants her niece and nephew to be born.
Sol still wants Im Geum to give the best to his family by giving him that lottery ticket.
Sol still wants Hyunju to achieve her dreams by going to the same company.
Sol still wants Inhyuk to be able to achieve his dreams as an idol.

Despite not having to meet Sunjae, she repeated what she did on her first travel to the past. Taesung still calls her noona because he probably thought of her as an older version of herself when she saved him from the bullies and gave him the same life lessons she once did. Same thing happened to the MIT trip, and the fire that happened to their house.

We still don't know how many times she had to time travel for that, but I believe that since Taesung was able to change his mind about her even on the first timeslip, it must've been easy for her this time around.

Unpopular opinion but I liked ep 13. The writer took the "time slip" seriously. It actually felt like sol was…
I honestly love it because they checked all the box of what grief and angst should be for a love that was lost. Even the flashbacks made me sad, even though they portray it as such a sweet scene. There were literal tears dripping down my cheeks, even though I was smiling. This was the kind of love story and acts of sacrifice that I would hold dear in my heart.

RIGHT! They're really just each other's missing puzzle piece. There is no Sunjae without Sol and vice versa.

They can't seem to understand that his connection to her in the past will always lead to his demise in the future. We've seen it in three timelines. Why is that not getting through their head?

Some of the people here refuse to see the big picture and understand why things had to happen. I'm actually losing braincells. My only relief is that Subeoms on twitter and k-netz are far more empathetic towards Im Sol because they understood what she's going through.

But here, they hate her because of this and that. Ugh.

wait what about her legs if sunjae didnot know her how did she survived from the culprit
I don't think she ever got to meet the killer. No Sunjae saving her, no killer.

I need you all— the people who keeps questioning Sol and wondering why she did what she did — to read this…
I don't know how many times we have to explain her side of the story. It's not even rocket science. She's not doing this to hurt Sunjae. Just imagine, she couldn't grieve properly because he keeps dying just when she thought he was safe. Give the girl a break.

I need you all— the people who keeps questioning Sol and wondering why she did what she did — to read this carefully.

So long as Sunjae is connected to her, he will never be safe from the taxi driver. He will save her again, and again and again without a care for his own life because no matter what she does, he will not stay away from her.

She's done this multiple times. Tried to push him away in episode 9. Sent him to America in episode 10. Lied to him so he could be back in Seoul in episode 12/13. And he still couldn't keep himself away from trouble. He keeps **dying** because of her!

So, what's the best thing she could do to stop this from happening? Erasing the memory of her as a whole. That way, he would completely ignore her existence the way she did back in the OG timeline.

Remember, that was her last chance. She did what she hoped was a successful plan, but Sunjae had to go out of his way, and meet the killer by himself. CHASED HIM without any help from anyone! Sol had to watch him die right in front of her.

It wasn't until that watch light up did she find another chance. Why would she pass that up? She might lost him as a lover, but he was safe and away from harm's way. She did what she thought was best.

One thing that is throwing me off, is that Tae Sung called Sol, Noona, and Noonim. Which he only did because of…
I really think she used up all the three chances. Each one to where she can keep everything as is, but improve it to the point that everyone she loves would have the best of the best. She keeps her friendship with Taesung because she's serious about keeping him in line. Helped in providing much assistance to Hyunju and Geum's future so they don't end up going into poverty or bankruptcy plus help Hyunju get a job, too. Without Sunjae ever getting involved, the taxi driver was also never involved. I have a feeling that she understood something:

As long as Sunjae never met her, everything that happened to the both of them would be whisked away.

Can someone explain me if sol went back and changed the past and never met sun jae then how did taesung understood…
He never did. If you look back at the clip where she was crying for Sunjae, Taesung looked very confused as asked 'Who?' as if he really doesn't have any idea who she's taking about.

She could only call back the third timeline because it's the fixed timeline. The previous two kept being changed by the old Sol and the accident that old Sol couldn't escape from the TD. It doesn't also help that old Sol keeps on repressing those memories that it's hard for Sol in the future to recall. Since this time, Sol wasn't in any trouble from getting viciously attacked by the killer to the point of having trauma, she was able to remember the memories much clearer.

"Was it my memory that I lost? Or was it you?"

Yeah, they absolutely made sure this line would make sense in this timeline. I'm now gonna jump over a cl*ff. Someone stab me like TD did to Sunjae.

Title Lovely Runner Spoiler
Also, to anyone that hasn't seen tomorrow's summary for episode 14; Sunjae ends up taking the role for the movie Sol is making. While reading the script, he finds himself crying and overcome with memories that his heart knows of. Despite not being able to experience them in this current timeline, his heart recognizes Sol.

Like, if you think about. They really put us in a twist? Monday episode was usually the fun episode, with the Tuesday episode leaving us in pain. But with Sol being the person who yearns for 15 for Sunjae vs the OG timeline, it makes sense that they leave us devastated this episode.
