We already know he didn't kill her, from the start. He's the ML. They filled ep 11 and 12 with so many things thinking it was mystery. They didn't show much of JDC's brother, if he was the killer or either JDC himself. And that annoying brother of ex- gf, when was he going to stop? He only concentrated on ML, if he did what ML & FL for few months suspecting others, he would've found out who killed her. It's kinda getting boring.
