She's lost a considerable amount of weight since her teenage years. If you see her dramas from 15 or so years ago (a couple of which I've seen on YouTube due to popular fan demand), she looks basically the same but with "baby fat." She started as a child actress and hasn't stopped since, so it'd be hard to not notice if she got plastic surgery. And it looks like she's lost even more weight recently (possibly for this role in particular).
