it is a MICRO-drama because it is an advertisement for the Line mobile app xD It's not actually a drama. He has done similar ads before with Toyota Camry called "The One and Only" - You can find them on Youtube.
This was adorable. Something lighthearted to watch with a happy ending. I've read the comments about how people should take teen pregnancy seriously, and I agree. But sometimes you want to just see that Romeo & Juliet story play out and see the happy ending. This was obviously not a tragedy, it was a romantic comedy.
It's true that they were reckless, and you do see some of the negative outcomes related to this issue. The anti-abortion video, and how they would have been against the adults 'killing' the unborn child if they told them about it. How they hadn't even decided what they wanted to be, and now they will have to raise a child.
We will never see the real outcome of them raising a child and continuing to go to school. But there are single parents that do that everyday. Juno stepped up and supported her, took care of her needs, and realized that he would have to take responsibility.
I think it has plenty of life lessons, while still remaining lighthearted and loveable to watch. You should also remember, it's a movie, not true life :P
while true, the term "cutest little thing" is a Term Of Endearment. (a word or phrase used to address and/or describe a person, animal or inanimate object for which the speaker feels love or affection) - Like when you call your loved one 'sweetie pie' yet they are not a pie at all.
I like JGS, so I'm sad to see that his smoking is aging him so fast. His completion in this drama is dramatically aged since his last appearance in a drama. It also made seeing him as a "pretty man/boy" more difficult. He needs to take better care of himself ;-;
I liked the chemistry between them when they were in Cali, moreso then when they returned to Korea. Although, the filming in California was atrocious. Come on, Los Angeles is full of actors looking for work, I have no idea how they managed to find the worst representations of Americans on the planet to play those roles. Let alone, I'm ashamed those people even acted in those parts. They must not have known what was going on in general. Fat guys that are friends with a body builder that randomly run after strangers? A hippie that surfs and smokes weed (or anything in powder form) that hangs out with a rich guy living in a huge house? Um, what universe is this?
I loved the fact that they didn't turn all the jealous females into b*tches. Bo Na remained cute and loveable, even in her jealous times. And they allowed the viewer to feel sorry to Rachel as she struggled with being rejected.
Well at least I didn't sob as much at the end of this one as the first one. They kinda set it up so you knew early on that he wasn't going to survive in the end. So I was well prepared for it.
I think it was a good conclusion to what the Iris organization really is, since that was left in the dark in the first series. It brought the story to a close. Glad I watched it, I loved it as much as I did the first part.
Has a few good scare scenes that made me jump. Most of the ghost/scary parts were pretty good, until they went into the weird woman's horror world. It was animated/CG and looked out of place in the film. Which kinda ruined the vibe that the rest of the movie had.
But as a scary movie, it's pretty good overall. I would have just skipped that weird world animation... it was lame.
Amazing! I was drawn in immediately with episode one, and the intrigue, excitement and plot never stopped all the way through. Never got dull, I couldn't stop watching until I got to the end. The suspense was amazing, I would freak out every time the Phantom of the Opera music would play.
You don't need romance in a drama when you have the awesome bromance between Nam Soon and Heung Soo. <3
I was very engaged in each characters storyline and the obstacles they had to overcome. I still wish to chase after Jung Ho and hope that he is doing okay. ;-;
At episode 7, I am already completely frustrated. Jan Di is by far the worst actress I've seen and it's painful…
One of the main characteristics for this drama is that Jan Di isn't the smartest or prettiest or wealthiest girl out there. The reason he falls in love with her is because he already has everything, but she is that missing piece. She fulfills a part of him he didn't know was missing.
She shows him the warmth of a family, something he never experienced in his often cold family. she's a strong independent woman who dares to defy him. For him who always got exactly what he wanted when he wanted it, this was something he had never known before. She taught him many things.
Do you think this drama is worth to watch it more than once?
I find that this drama is referenced in many other dramas. Another drama will mention a part of BoF, and I will be like "oh yeah, I remember that part!" - So if you feel like you will be missing out on some important references while watching other dramas, it could be worth a second viewing ;)
I liked the movie a lot... since its more fast paced...
The fast pace is the reason I disliked it. Even if they were cutting the story short to make it into a movie instead of a full drama, it seemed like if they even added 15-20 minutes more to the film they could have enhanced the story better. They really rushed cut scenes to throw things in, with the hopes of things making sense in the end.
But yes, Jang Geun Suk as a personal pet, yes plz.
Not sure why this one gets so much negative criticism. I enjoyed the character development across both genres.
I think my one complaint would be Seo In Guk 2012 character. He had an odd placement, and didn't really seem to fall in place with the story.
Plus, that had to be Jang Geun Suk's best kiss scene in a drama thus far. Exceeding the awkward You're Beautiful one.
To be honest, the male characters were awesome. I just couldn't figure out why the two of them were so obsessed with the adult Soo Yeon. Her character wasn't that great, there was nothing special about her that made me feel like she deserved the attention they gave her.
There was way too much crying. Every episode, every scene. Stahp the crying already!
