First watched her in Save Me, then became her fangirl from Lawless Lawyer, and an even bigger one from IOTNBK. She's amazingly charismatic and an excellent actress.
Don't know how I feel about this since sequels usually disappoint. The main appeal of the first season was the interesting delve into the world of her script. If they do continue in the modern world, I'm just afraid of them trying to make it interesting by adding unnecessary issues to their relationship (making it easy to veer into a typical boring romcom cdrama). Wished they just extended the original by an episode to show their life in the modern world. Still, looking forward to see what they're going to come up with.
I started getting a bit lost in the different plot lines at ep 12. I had even forgotten about her ability to cook and its apparent importance. The romance is a little off and disliked seeing the friendship grow between the 5 main leads in a series of montages. The second prince taking a liking to her was off as well? Just quite a few things that didn't sit very well with me while watching this. I guess I'll drop it for now.
This has become one of my favourites. Absolutely hilarious, adorable, simple yet not brainless. The chemistry between the main leads was great and the premise of her knowing all about the world she created made the story so enjoyable. I wish more light-hearted, funny and heart-fluttering dramas like these came out more because romcom cdramas always seemed copy-pasted all the time. This was one that deterred from stereotypical cdrama couples (cold male, candy dumb female) and created something better and balanced. Not to mention the subtle social commentary in this drama?? Again, an easy-to-understand drama YET with its own messages.
I love the dynamic of the 2 main characters but couldn't care less about everyone else in the drama. Other than this, the way the drama is shot is intentionally dramatic and suits the comedic tone they're going for.
This made me so unsettled and angry. Don't know if I should give it a high rating for its effectiveness or shoot down the antagonists with a low rating.
