So the princess clearly has this weird crush on our scholarā¦ sheās basically obsessed with that clever chess-player brain of his. But then she goes undercover as a manā¦ while still looking very obviously feminine... lol.
What I really like though is that he figured it out pretty quickly. They didnāt drag the whole [secret identity] thingy for 10 episodes like dramas usually do.
He knows, she knows he knowsā¦ and now we can actually move the story forward instead of watching everyone pretend not to notice ..lol
Qian Qian and Qi Min donāt feel like a new romanceā¦ they feel like unfinished business ..lol
She covers her shock and just smiles like everything is fine. Sheās clearly the type who smiles while plotting, surviving by acting calm and calculative....
But the way he stares at herā¦ yeah, that man is NOT playing the same calm game. That quiet dark vibe around him, the gray hairā¦ omg.
And when he purposely touched her handā¦ that moment felt LOADED...omg.... Like he was saying a thousand things without speaking.....
I SERIOUSLY need their backstory ASAP ā the kid, the history, the dramaā¦ all of it....Because that kind of tension doesnāt come out of nowhere...lol..
Imagine visit to Xigu lane in winter, eat CY recipe at Madam Yu restaurant, eat Mrs.Zhao chestnut, buy tangerine…
