I’m genuinely starting to believe the director and producer assumed we all showed up with prior knowledge of the novel 😭 because WHY are major story details being skipped like we already know the answers???
Some of these moments are literally the emotional backbone of the leads’ relationship — the kind of scenes meant to hurt, reveal big truths , build tension, and explain why the characters act the way they do — and the drama just glides past them😭😭....They also keep introducing multiple plots and characters without clear starting or finishing points, which makes everything feel a bit scattered....

And listen… I am enjoying it. The visuals????!!! Stunning. Everyone looks unreal.
Every frame is basically wallpaper material.... But sometimes it feels less like watching a story and more like drifting through a beautiful fever dream where a few very important plot pages got mysteriously ripped out.

I guess novel readers probably catch the deeper meaning and connect the missing dots — though they might also have their own complaints — while the rest of us are just emotionally guessing our way through😭

Anyway… let’s wait and see. Maybe it’ll all come together later.
