I totally get what you mean, but honestly, I think they actually fit the fantasy drama vibe really well. Part of what you’re feeling might be because they don’t have extra makeup—especially the ML. Usually, leads in this genre can look a bit overdone ,overly powdered in an unnatural way, but here he’s simply dressed, which actually makes him look even more grand, and his deep, perfect voice just completes the whole vibe 💖.
The FL is funny and playful, not some stiff actress like we often see in this genre. For a change, they feel really refreshing—no clichés, no repetitive patterns. Their dynamic is so on point. I’m still waiting for more hot scenes to fully judge, but even now it’s clear… they’re giving us something really special.
