Perhaps, you're the same person who asked this issue before. Just in a different anon account. Have fun engaging with other users who think otherwise from your point. ?

PS
Get a dictionary. You've completely lost me at "enphasys". ?

I recommend "Hello Stranger" (Philippines) by Black Sheep. It is available on YouTube. It has the same vibe as…
The distaste you have for Gameboys... -- Calm down, sis. *there there (pats your back)*

Privileged Filipinos use English more than those who are at the lower-level of the socioeconomic Strata. -- Re: the Filipinos who have lived abroad, they have assimmilated the accents where they grew up. You can't expect the same level of fluency and nuance in the accents of Filipinos who grew up here in PH. They'd be inclined to adapt a neutral accent.

Also, the use of English is not to appeal foreign viewers. It's a portrayal of the reality of Filipinos who are privileged & have access to education where English is casually spoken. (Ateneo, La Salle, Brent, ISM, etc.). Nothing more, nothing less.

I dont recall him speaking any russian throughout the episodes.
Karl and Vlad are named after Socialists, Karl Marx and Vladimir Lenin. -- Ate Judit in prologue of EP02 exclaimed that she's an "Ally and a Socialist", alludes to this detail.

Dude chill, their opinions are valid. Tone down the hostility towards fans who offer other POVs. It's not like they're tearing the show down unlike the J100 user (who's XL behind a burner account *allegedly ehem*). They're pointing out aspects of GSP that can still be improved. Even Direk JP Habac & Gege are self-aware that GSP is not perfect, and are open to criticisms. Kalma.

Such a pretty well made series , but why they thank Tay Tawan and New at the end of every episode ?!
The series creator, Juan Miguel Severo, is a Polca stan.

1. I won't even engage people who attack my socio economic status. So what if I'm from class D or E? Who cares?…
Assuming your socioeconomic status wasn't meant to be an insult. It was to prove a point. Apologies if ticked you. Also, I think you should take a look at your original post and contemplate about how you generalized that "no one" in the Philippines converses like Vlad and Karl as if it's a fact. Re: your item #2, you've just contradicted yourself by acknowledging that Filipinos use Code-switching. Finally, having issues with people conversing in English with you is not their problem anymore. That may be a deeply-rooted personal insecurity. Hope you overcome that.

Are we watching the same show?
I think J100 is Xion Lim behind a burner account. Jk!

I agree with one comment below that this show is a bit overrated. I don't know, I'm watching a Filipino BL, but…
Maybe you're in the D or E class of the socioeconomic strata in the Philippines. Tagalog & English code-switching is a reality for the privileged Filipinos.

The fact that they were anticipating it, means it was premeditated and it's very likely that they have something up in their sleeves. I don't think they'd be confident to bring this up if they are not going to address it in the later episodes.

From the tweets of the people behind GSP, it was implied that they have been waiting for the kind of response that is happening now re: Ate Judit since EP 1 (even to a point where they were "surprised" that Ate Judit was received warmly after the premier episode). -- They didn't want to be the conversation starter. They were hoping the viewers point that out because if the red flags were called out organically, it should mean they were successful in stimulating the viewers mind and getting their message across.
