I rewatch this every year, and every year I fall in love anew - everything in this drama is perfection; the acting, pacing, plotline, characters, genuinely no historical drama out there quite like it.

the lower rating for this makes no sense, this drama is really well executed, over the top but in a hilarious and very believable way, and some fantastic acting

last few episodes brought this down from a 10 to an 8 for me, which is a real shame cos the scenery, acting, and concept otherwise really beautifully done

random comment but the soundtrack for this series is really good, matches the mood of each scene perfectly

Absolutely loving this, the combo of humour and badass mafia scenes work so well together - tho I need to stop reading comments when a show has just started!! all you get at the top are the sour people who didn't like the first ep/dropped the drama, kinda sad to read when you're already in love with it
