It's like you read my mind! I just finished ep 16 and I am having the same thoughts. There's potential but now at the midpoint I am not feeling very invested in their relationship or character arc. The plot is dragging and I don't even know who or what I am rooting for in this drama. Yikes.
You can enjoy this season on its own without watching the previous seasons, but I really appreciated her character arc over all three seasons! It feels like watching a good friend grow over time in career, love, and life. Plus you get to know the cells!

Gosh, these two loved each other but just had different operating systems! Her legacy data from her ex which caused her to have so much insecurity, his pride cell, and their lack of communication was unfortunately the perfect storm. I’ll always have a soft spot for Woong because in my eyes he’d never intentionally hurt Yumi and he helped her to open her heart after all the heartbreak she went through!
