I adore Lee Seung Gi and kinda curious but the fact they kissed by ep 4 kinda takes the charm away for me. Recently rewatched You're all surrounded and it took 14 eps and nowadays they be dating, married, in love and kissing by ep 4. Nothing to look forward to anticipate

As for what I like about the drama is the fact it showed male victim in abusive relationship, Gyeo Re's journey and development is realistic, he trauma copes by getting tattoos which I relate to, never had freedom in his life, learned to not run away anymore and slowly realises he deserves better than the living hell with his toxic, abusive psycho ex, Yeonjoo punching Joonkyung twice etc-

But what I really love is that the main lead compared to recent drama is actually a compelling chara and not a bland puppy that follows the FL or kisses her ass. Same as the FL she has guts, is nice not just a rude or cold girlboss with no development. She fells human to me.

It's still my comfort show, the chemistry was amazing and I really miss fun Kdrama like this where there's a proper build up and a slowburn ship <3 Need them in another drama again and honestly disappointing there was no kiss or even date

My words aren't betraying me as I've said in my initial comment it's GOOD but said he wasn't hitting it off which was referring to RATINGS. He deserves better ratings. Aren't you embarrassed to make such a comment? Probably not but you should be. I simply wanted him to have another hit drama that's all. Seeing all his efforts then it barley receiving 3% is tragic. There's various articles on it being a flop. A flop cam still be good or underrated it just didn't gain any footing or audience. That's why I said he should pick a better project not that this isn't good, he's an excellent actor. I respect that he picks projects that he wants to do and enjoyed them all but I'm afraid by doing that he'll lose more of his popularity offers and maybe sponsors. They care are views. Seeing him suffer with bad ratings whilst terrible actors these days get like 10% is saddening.
