I don't know, maybe I am too old for this, but it comes off as a really shallow and insincere attempt and I am unable to care for any characters. It's not exactly bad acting and the characterization isn't lacking either. But the plot is too static and the romance is dull. I can't take their love seriously at all. Also, I don't find their friendship all that great.
Ohh nice though I disliked happy home so much but the other two are my fav family dramas
Five Children and What Happens to my Family are my favorites too! ^^ The only similarity with happy home is the divorce of the female lead, and the male lead is the same guy (who is a doctor here too, LOL )
Once surely he loved her but now his impotency has completely taken over his character. His manhood is no more…
I am pretty sure he'll recover from this state but it'll be too late then. Interesting to see a couple breaking up from a reason other than cheating. Usually Korean drama married couples divorce after cheating (like 99% of the timess)
Okay, so her daughter is not her husband's child but her own biological kid (or an adopted daughter). I am so curious what happens next. The husband is an ass for wanting her to declare adultery on her part. UGH.
I can't believe people are calling this anti-japan. This is so much bigger than that. The issue of comfort women is not only important to the Koreans or other colonized nations, it is also important to humanity. Their suffering is real. If the anti-Japanese sentiment is all you can see in this movie, I'm not even sure if we're seeing the same movie.
