Have always ADORED him so much!! I would have had full-blown second lead syndrome for him in Jealousy Incarnate if Jo Jung Suk wasn't the lead there and playing his career-defining role!

It's interesting, but you know how things take time in a family drama so we are still at a foundational stage. But I'm excited for the couples.

I can never resist a family drama, even though I know how cliché the storylines can get haha XD

Today's episode was my favorite so far!!

I know this is not a romance-centric drama and they have an age-gap of 16 years that might be frowned upon, but I'm totally shipping the main leads! Such easy chemistry.

Also abortion is her taking responsibility too. If she feels she cannot be there for a child, she shouldn't have one. Simply giving birth to Young Woo gave her permanent abandonment issues even though she did the right thing essentially. Still didn't make her a better person in the eyes of society. If only, it made her worse as she is now officially someone who abandoned her baby.

It's even sadder that you're a woman and still empathize more with the father than the mother. But clearly, women are pillars of patriarchy. On paper that sounds amazing but what about what women go through giving birth..they should sacrifice their lives for this noble cause? And kudos to the women who choose to do it because regardless of the situation, IT IS A SACRIFICE. But women who don't want to shouldn't be forced or judged.

Yes, but it's not your otherwise typical drama so I had higher hopes from them. Not the classic Birth Secret/Evil Mom trope. I thought it was building upon something better. The show is good, but this angle is so CRINGE.

Also when did I say I didn't like the drama? LOL. I don't like this angle in the story and honesty I'm curious how they will navigate this angle further (though I won't be surprised anymore if they keep her evil as they have clearly shown their stance in the whole thing).

Yeah but why does the mom either have to be an abandoner or all-sacrificing? Why can't there be a middle ground? People were synpathizing with her character and now suddenly she's attacking the dad left and right to conveniently make the audience sympathize with the dad? It feels like a design.

It's so easy to make women do all the labour of bearing and raising a child and simply say "oh he gets to decide he's the father" I call BS. The primary decision should always be of the one who is doing all the work and making all the sacrifices. Also why should someone be considerate to others at the expense of their own well-being?
