I don't find these scenes romantic AT ALL. I kind of like that the writer is using these cliché romance scenes…
first of all, i never said motherly affection. I said an affection she cannot classify. And you do realize they are practically the same age here? And i had to look up what you were talking (though i had a fair idea) and yeah, well this is another romantic cliche they are using. It's just that these oedipal undertones are getting to the viewers. LOL.

I don't think she likes him. She just feels a connection with him, which she cannot name (since she does not know their history like he does). I am pretty sure they won't make her like him because it's a Korean drama, not a greek tragedy. They can't cross certain taboo lines.
Damn I'm almost throw up seeing all those romantic scenes on the first half of ep 8, yuck!Yep, that light switch,…
I don't find these scenes romantic AT ALL. I kind of like that the writer is using these cliché romance scenes and applying them to a platonic mother-son relationship. It's interesting. At most, I'll call it affection that he obviously feels for his mother and she can feel his sincerity even though in this time she hasn't given birth to him yet. I like the whole dynamic of this mother-son relationship across time and space, lol.
Right??? It totally deserves a higher rating here on MDL (e.g. 8+). This was so funny and had some great messages.…
Yasss it was so funny, especially the parents xD omg. And I love the message in the end. That this couple that was together for so many lives decided that a piece of paper didn't define their relationship. Such a great message!
And I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if the rating is below 8.5 but 7.2 is too little.
