thanks for the advice:) I'm not really a beginner at these kinds of genres. the language is new to me but the historical genre is one of my favorites and I've seen historical dramas that got compared to this (six flying dragons) which initially started my interest in watching this. but i might check out that anime as i am searching for an anime series to watch, ill think of it as warm up for this lol.

but I'm really curious as to why c-dramas are dubbed?

it was better in the beginning. the island mystery ended too soon and everything shifted to their ridiculous fight for justice, it had comical bits of relief at first but now it has literally turned into a comedy drama despite that things should be more serious now.

I'm still watching for some odd reason lol its kinda addictive, i liked it more in the first several eps.

wait i don't get it, how is them knowing the pricky director was the murderer- going to harm them (so joon/ ma rin)? will he kill them or something? i probably wasn't paying enough attention but can someone explain why did seyeon's father have to be killed? he already told so joon his suspicions its not like killing him will change anything,also I'm confused, what was ma rin's father's plan to save happiness's president ??? seems to me like he made things worse

episode 10 was very stressful..

i wanna watch this so bad but I'm afraid it will heighten my standards higher than they already are, I've seen 11 episodes last summer but i stopped because the dubbing over the actors voices annoyed the crap out of me it felt like the audio wasn't synced with the video and i wasn't as hooked as i expected, plus I'm new to c-dramas and i want to immerse into the scenes but the excessive concentration on the subtitles threw me out of focus and i kept replaying to get a grip of what was going on. it was too hectic for me but i want to properly watch it, maybe when I'm in a better mood and I'm not watching many ongoing dramas.. hopefully

anyways I'm posting this to remind myself because i keep checking reviews on it.

a second season was confirmed but no date has been set yet. it won't be this year though maybe 2018 because the writer is working on another project and she said she won't start writing signal 2 until she completes her other project.
